The article presents a filling assessment model of SCMS, developed for the reflection of actual content of enterprise strategic cost management system, which can be used in real-time mode. It is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of set theory and tools for working with sets in hyperspace for practical construction and use of such model. Ref. 7.

Proponuje się wykorzystanie aparatu matematycznego teorii mnogości i narzędzi do pracy z zestawami w hiperprzestrzeni do praktycznej konstrukcji i wykorzystania takiego modelu.

The article aims to determine the current areas of economic development of publishing and printing companies that meet the requirements of economic digitalization. According to the results of content analysis of modern publications, effective ways of development implemented in branch enterprises are determined. In order to identify priority measures for publishing and printing companies with competitive potential and prospects for the industry development, a SWOT analysis is applied. The SWOT analysis revealed that potentially productive ways of enterprise development are expanding the range of products and services, improving their quality in the publishing and printing complex; integrating industry entities into the digital information environment, accessing international markets; state support in the implementation of measures to promote reading. It is determined that ensuring enterprises' efficiency requires the implementation of stages of effective enterprises development. Information support is necessary for making quality management decisions, respectively, to achieve the goals of development management. Resource potential combines a rational policy of supply and usage of financial, logistical, and labor resources. Organizational support aims to create an organizational structure in accordance with the purpose and objectives of enterprise management. The management of publishing and printing enterprises development aims at the transition to a new quality state, increasing earning capacity, competitiveness, extending the life cycle, mutually beneficial integration with the subjects of creative industries.

The purpose of writing the article is to study the effectiveness of water resources management in the Black Sea region of Ukraine in the context of sustainable development under the conditions of military operations. The theoretical approaches to defining the essence and functions of water resources management through the prism of sustainable development goals have been considered. The main problems of water resources management in the regions of Ukraine are systematised and the ways of their solution at the present stage of the reform are outlined. The author’s approach to evaluating the effectiveness of water resources management in the context of the model of sustainable development is proposed using the example of the Black Sea region of Ukraine. Methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of regional water resources management that includes the main stages, the criteria for assessing, indicators for each criterion, and a mathematical apparatus for their calculation have been developed. In accordance with the author’s approach, a diagnosis of the effectiveness of regional water resources management was conducted based on the example of the Black Sea region.

The publication contains author’s reflctions about the role of organizational climate through the concept of personnel marketing. This specifi direction of marketing is signifiantly associated with the function of motivation, in relation to self-realization, the prestige of the participating to organization and loyalty, participation in decision making and in the success of the organization. A further part of the publication presents the relationship between personnel marketing and the concept of organizational climate. In the fial part of the publication, the conclusions about the possibility of effective usage of these categories and the impact on them were summarized.

Opracowanie zawiera rozważania autora na temat roli kształtowania klimatu organizacyjnego przez koncepcję marketingu personalnego (marketingu partnerskiego lub marketingu wewnętrznego). Ten specyfizny kierunek marketingu jest istotnie powiązany z funkcją motywowania (zwłaszcza pozamaterialnego) w odniesieniu do samorealizacji, prestiżem z tytułu przynależności oraz poczuciem lojalności, partycypacji i udziału w sukcesie organizacji. Dalsza część artykułu prezentuje zależności między marketingiem personalnym a koncepcją klimatu organizacyjnego. W końcowej części zestawiono wnioski na temat możliwości jednoczesnego kształtowania tych kategorii i oddziaływania na nie.

The purpose of the study was to identify driving and limiting factors of farm management in a region of fragmented agriculture. The paper presents the results of the research conducted in the South-Eastern Poland (Macroregion of Małopolska and Pogórze). The survey was conducted in 2014 in the farms managed by young farmers, i.e. the benefi ciaries of the measure “Setting up of young farmers” from the RDP 2007–2013, with the use of a survey method with a questionnaire interview. The research was empirical, and its main goal was to present a case study of the farm management by young farmers in terms of specifi c management barriers. The results of the studies pointed to the fragmented agrarian structure as the one of the biggest barriers of the eff ective farm management. The young farmers pointed that fragmented agrarian structure signifi cantly impedes the purchase or lease of agricultural land, and the farm development in the same way. The survey pointed to the factors that contribute to the young farmers: the entrepreneurial attitude, activity and creativity, training, the management knowledge and better access to the Common Agricultural Policy instruments.

Młodzi rolnicy rozpoczynający działalność rolniczą napotykają wiele barier związanych z zarządzaniem. Wynikają one z uwarunkowań wewnętrznych, jak i zewnętrznych. Celem badań była identyfi kacja czynników sprzyjających procesowi zarządzania gospodarstwem rolnym i ograniczających te działania w regionie rozdrobnionego rolnictwa. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych, prowadzonych w regionie Polski południowej (makroregion Małopolska i Pogórze). Badania były prowadzone w 2014 roku w gospodarstwach tzw. młodych rolników, czyli benefi cjentów działania „Ułatwianie startu młodym rolnikom” z PROW 2007–2013, metodą ankiety z kwestionariuszem wywiadu. Badania miały charakter empiryczny, a ich celem było studium przypadku zarządzania gospodarstwem przez młodych rolników oraz identyfi kacja barier w zarządzaniu. Uzyskane wyniki badań terenowych wskazują na rozdrobnioną strukturę agrarną jako jedną z największych barier w skutecznym zarządzaniu gospodarstwem rolnym. Młodzi rolnicy wskazali, że utrudnia ona zakup czy dzierżawę ziemi rolniczej, a tym samym hamuje rozwój gospodarstwa. Badania ujawniły też czynniki sprzyjające rozwojowi gospodarstw rolnych zarządzanych przez młodych rolników. Były to przede wszystkim: przedsiębiorczość, aktywność i kreatywność, dokształcanie na kursach i szkoleniach, wiedza w zakresie zarządzania, a także większy dostęp do środków pomocowych w ramach instrumentów Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej.

Every branch of science, including foreign language teaching, is connected with different disciplines. Interdisciplinary relations, on the one hand, seem to be a challenge since methodological approach and interpretation of scientific issues do not always help to solve the problems of the other scientific discipline. Yet, on the other hand, building the scientific relations that cross the boundaries of disciplines has undoubtedly its cognitive values. An attempt to present such a boundary between foreign language teaching and economical sciences is made in this article. The author presents the concept of knowledge management ponders over its transfer from economical science to foreign language teaching. Considering the broadness of the concept, the author limits herself to discussing “knowledge” and “management” as the two creating it components. A certain attempt to explicate the concept of foreign language teaching management is presented in the conclusion.
