Poprawa jakości zarządzania procesami w instytucjach szkolnictwa staje się koniecznością. Rodzi się potrzeba ulepszania satysfakcji i wydajności programów studiów dla studentów i absolwentów, jak i też przedsiębiorców. Referat porusza zagadnienia dotyczące głównych obszarów działań uczelni wyższych, a szczegółowo proces rozwoju. Ponadto zostaną przedstawione międzynarodowe praktyki zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego.

Improving the quality of process management in the higher education institutions becomes a necessity. This raises the need to improve customer satisfaction and performance study programmes for students and graduates, and also entrepreneurs. The paper discusses the issues concerning the main areas of universities activities, and in detail the development process. Furthermore, international practice to management in higher education institutions will be presented.
