Kompetencje te ukierunkowują myśl i organizują ją wokół określonych kwestii istotnych dla funkcjonowania organizacji i człowieka w ramach tej organizacji; wiążą się ze sprawnym diagnozowaniem i prognozowaniem środowiska pracy. Prowadzą do współdziałania opartego na współodpowiedzialności, zaufaniu i wspólnych korzyściach. W przedstawionym tu ujęciu Autor wskazuje na konieczność kształtowania kompetencji zaangażowania i otwartości w szkole oraz w organizacji w oparciu o określone strategie, metody i techniki.

The article is concerned with such competencies as engagement and openness, which to a great extent determine the success of an organization. These competencies guide the human thought and organize it around the issues which are important for the functioning of an organization and for the functioning of a man within this organisation. They lead to cooperation based on shared responsibility, trust, and mutual benefits. In the article the author points to the need of development of such competencies as engagement and openness at school and in an organization based on specific strategies, methods and techniques.
