Ich satysfakcja zawodowa determinuje funkcjonowanie rynku pracy, wpływa na relacje międzyludzkie na gruncie zawodowym i prywatnym oraz decyduje o statusie materialnym i społecznym ich rodzin. Badania prowadzone przez Wojskowe Centrum Edukacji Obywatelskiej, dotyczące problematyki sytuacji społeczno – zawodowej pracowników resortu obrony narodowej diagnozują aktualny stan opinii cywilnego personelu Sił Zbrojnych RP na temat różnorodnych aspektów ich pracy zawodowej. Stają się wskaźnikiem pozytywnych i negatywnych trendów zatrudnienia w tej sferze, co umożliwia zabezpieczenie prawidłowego funkcjonowania struktur Wojska Polskiego.

The employees as a strategic resource of any institution are the subject of interest to many social scientists. Their job satisfaction is determined by the functioning of the labor market, it affects the human relationships in professional and private life and it decides on of the material status and social life of their families. Research conducted by the Military Centre for Civic Education, related to the socio-professional problems of the staff of polish ministry of defense, it diagnose the current state of opinion civilian personnel Polish Armed Forces of various aspects of their work. It become an indicator of positive and negative trends in employment in this area, which allows you to protect the proper functioning of the structures of the Polish Army.
