W artykule proponuje się, ażeby w ramach zarządzania ryzykiem w mikro-firmach stosować rozwiązania związane z współdziałaniem i współdzieleniem ryzyka. Nawiązuje się w ten sposób do modnych koncepcji sharing i collaborative economy. Związane to będzie z możliwością współpracy kilku firm tworzących osiedlowy mini-kartel w kierunku racjonalizacji podjętego ryzyka. Praktyczne rozwiązania z tym związane wymagają: ▶ współdziałania mikro-firm w zakresie wspólnie podejmowanych decyzji w zakresie racjonalizacji działań związanych z ryzykiem w kierunku kalkulowanego ryzyka; ▶ współdzielenie materialnych i niematerialnych zasobów mikro-firm w razie negatywnych efektów podjętego ryzyka – przez jedną z nich. Opisy tych mechanizmów są celem artykułu.

The article proposes to apply solutions related to risk interoperability and sharing as part of risk management in micro-enterprises. In this way article refers to the fashionable concepts of sharing and collaborative economy. It will be connected with the possibility of cooperation of several companies forming a mini-cartel in the direction of rationalization and taken risk. Practical solutions related to this require: ▶ cooperation of micro-enterprises in the field of jointly made decisions in the scope of rationalization of risk-related activities towards the calculated risk; ▶ sharing material and non-material resources of micro-enterprises in the event of negative effects of the risk taken – by one of them. Descriptions of these mechanisms are the purpose of the article.
