The dynamically developing global IT infrastructure and the increasing importance of modern information technologies represent a huge challenge in the process of socialization and education of children and young people. Undoubtedly, it is extremely important to prepare current and future generations for a skillful use of modern technologies. Therefore, it is essential to implement new technologies in the teaching process at all levels of education as well as during preventive and therapeutic activities. This study analyzes the functioning of three institutions that use modern information technology within educational, preventive and therapeutic interventions. These institutions have been selected to be environmentally diverse, show the international context and demonstrate a different potential for ICT use. The main objective of the research was to identify innovative ways of using modern technologies in supporting educational and compensatory activities undertaken by selected institutions.

Dlatego też tematem niniejszego opracowania uczyniono analizę źródeł przemian w procesie edukacji wczesnoszkolnej w kontekście reform Ministerstwa Edukacji Narodowej.

In order to create an inclusive and holistic educational experience for the early childhood stage of education, students should not only be prepared in computer classes and programs. Therefore, the focus of this study is to analyze the sources of change in the process of early childhood education in the context of the reform of the Ministry of National Education.

The problem of cloud services integration in project activity for students of pedagogical universities has been considered in the article. The experience of cloud services and project activity combination in teaching “Mathematical Statistics” and “Modern Information Technologies” for the students of psychological and pedagogical faculty of PNPU named after V. H. Korolenko obtaining “Psychology” training has been described. It has been determined that the best way to train students to work with the latest information and communication technologies is to introduce these technologies into the educational process. The analysis of the best practices and our own experience in the use of cloud services in university has showed that information and communication technologies give the possibility for students to organize their project activity and significantly increase the learning potential of the project method. Didactic opportunities of project method as a form of independent work based on cloud services have been presented. The stages of the group research project while studying “Mathematical statistics” (e.g. identifying the problem and formulating research theme; finding out the status of definite problem, statistical analysis of experimental data; generalization of research results; presentation of group project and its evaluation) have been characterized as well as its effectiveness in the context of the basic concepts of descriptive statistics and practical skills development to collect and process data of experimental psychological research with Google Apps: forms (online questionnaires, tests), Google sheets. The possibilities of information and telecommunication project while studying IT disciplines as the effective means of information and communication competence formation for the future professionals have been considered. The course “Modern Information Technologies” for psychologists has described the tutor’s coordination concerning information and telecommunication projects implementation; indicative tasks for information and telecommunication projects using cloud services have been given. It has been found out that the combination of cloud and project technologies while studying mathematics and IT sciences for students of liberal arts simplifies understanding and assimilation of subjects content, forms subject and IT competence, capability of innovative activity, develops creative and research skills as well as critical thinking and flexibility, promotes communicative activity.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono założenia teoretyczne badań w zakresie oddziaływania zagrożeń wynikających z stosowania nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych na wyniki kształcenia studentów. Część I prezentuje aspekt teoretyczny oraz metodologiczny badań prowadzonych w 2019 roku. Dokonano usystematyzowania podjętych rozważań, ich krótkiej charakterystyki oraz przebiegu badań. We wnioskach ujęto konkluzje powstałe po realizacji etapu wstępnego oraz części teoretycznej wraz z przyjętymi założeniami. Zwrócono uwagę na szerokie spektrum obszaru badawczego, którym dotychczas nie byli objęci studenci cywilni zhierarchizowanej uczelni wyższej w aspekcie negatywnego wpływu zagrożeń wynikających z użytkowania nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych.

The study presents theoretical assumptions of the research in the scope of the impact of threats resulting from the use of modern information technologies on students’ education outcomes. Part I addresses the theoretical and methodological aspect of research conducted in 2019. It systematizes the considerations undertaken, their brief characteristics, and the course of research. The conclusions include ones drawn after the implementation of the initial stage and the theoretical part together with the adopted assumptions. Attention was drawn to the broad spectrum of the research area, which so far has not covered civilian students of a hierarchical university in terms of the negative impact of threats resulting from the use of modern information technologies.

Druga część publikacji omawia wyniki badań praktycznych w zakresie oddziaływania zagrożeń stosowania nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych oraz samodzielnego zdobywania wiedzy w oparciu o sieć Internet na wyniki kształcenia studentów. Zaprezentowano w nim przebieg badań empirycznych wraz zastosowanymi metodami oraz narzędziami. W podsumowaniu przedstawiono wnioski powstałe w tracie oraz po zakończeniu obszaru badawczego. Zwrócono uwagę na jego szerokie spektrum, którym dotychczas nie byli objęci studenci cywilni zhierarchizowanej uczelni wyższej. Podkreślono oraz opisano negatywny wpływ zagrożeń na nieświadomych użytkowników nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych.

The second part of the publication discusses the results of practical research on the impact of threats to the use of modern information technologies and independent Internet-based acquisition of knowledge on the results of students’ learning outcomes. It presents the course of empirical research with the methods and tools used. The summary presents the conclusions that arose during and after the research. Attention was drawn to the broad spectrum, which so far has not been covered by civilian students of the hierarchical university. The negative impact of threats on unaware users of modern information technologies is highlighted and described.
