Th e paper presents and analizes a doctor’s prayer published in 1633 in Raków in Polish Brethren prayer book. Th e author, Jan Stoiński was not only a member of Antitrinitarian Church but also a minister. Th e presented text is an unique example of such form in early modern Polish literature.
