Instytut Pamięci Narodowej znany jest z bogatej oferty wydawniczej. Wśród wielu pozycji książkowych poczytne miejsce zajmują te związane z historią Kościoła w okresie PRL. Podobnie jest w szczecińskim Oddziale IPN, który funkcjonuje od 2005 roku. Wcześniej był delegaturą IPN Oddział w Poznaniu. Gdy w 2015 roku cały IPN świętował 15-lecie działalności, w Szczecinie obchodzono jubileusz 10-lecia. Jak zwykle przy takich okazjach dokonuje się różnego rodzaju podsumowań. Jednym z nich była analiza dotychczasowego stanu badań nad historią Kościoła katolickiego na Pomorzu Zachodnim i przedstawienie dorobku pracowników IPN w Szczecinie w tym zakresie. Dzięki ich dużemu zaangażowaniu i pracowitości zachodniopomorska historiografia Kościoła powiększyła się o wartościowe monografie, prace zbiorowe, publikacje źródłowe, albumy, materiały edukacyjne. Jest to dorobek widoczny, który w przedstawionym artykule został poddany ogólnej charakterystyce. Zasadniczy wniosek, jaki nasuwa się po analizie dorobku pracowników IPN, jest taki, że w każdym roku kalendarzowym pojawiała się nowa publikacja na temat historii Kościoła na Pomorzu Zachodnim. W przyszłości planowane są następne publikacje, które z pewnością w znacznym stopniu przyczynią się do lepszego poznania dziejów Kościoła na Pomorzu Zachodnim

Institute of National Remembrance is known for its wide range of publishing. Among the many books, those related to the history of the Church in the communist period, occupy a prominent place. It is similarly in Szczecin’s Branch of Institute of National Remembrance (former delegacy of the Branch in Poznań), which is operating since 2005. When in 2015 Institute of National Remembrance celebrated the 15th anniversary of activity in Poland, it also celebrated its 10th anniversary in Szczecin. As usual on such occasions, it is opportunity for making summary. One of them was to analyze the current state of research on the history of the Catholic Church in Western Pomerania and present achievements of employees Institute of National Remembrance in Szczecin in this field. Thanks to their great commitment and diligence West Pomeranian historiography of the Church increased by valuable monographs, collective works, source publications, educational materials, and other books. These are visible achievements, which in the article has been subjected to general characteristics. The basic request to be drawn after analyzing the achievements of employees IPN is that in each calendar year, appeared new publication about the history of the Church in Western Pomerania. Other publications will be created in future, for better understanding of the history of the Church in Western Pomerania.

Sześćdziesiąt lat istnienia (1956-2016) Katedry Statystyki Matematycznej to szmat czasu. Jej działalność wpisuje się niemal od samych początków w funkcjonowanie nowopowstałej Wyższej Szkoły Rolniczej w Krakowie, która datuje swe początki na rok 1953. Szkoła ta bazuje na pracownikach wywodzących się z kadr Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Z tego też uniwersytetu pochodzi założyciel i twórca Katedry prof. zw. Stefan Schmidt. Kolejnym kierownikiem Jednostki zostaje doc. dr hab. Jan Pociej (1964-1987). Od 1992 roku do chwili obecnej Katedrą kieruje prof. zw. dr hab. Karol Kukuła. W tym okresie powstaje wiele prac naukowych: monografii, artykułów i podręczników o zasięgu ogólnokrajowym. Od 2015 roku nazwa Katedry zostaje zmieniona na Katedrę Statystyki i Ekonometrii.

Sixty years of the existence (1956 – 2016) of the Department of Mathematical Statistics makes a long period of time. The activity of this department begins with the very beginning of functioning of the Higher Agricultural School in Krakow that is from the year of 1953. This school is based on the foundations of the employees of the Jagiellonian University. This is also the mother university of the founder and creator of this Department, Prof. Stefan Schmidt. The subsequent Head of the Department is the Assistant Professor Jan Pociej (1964 – 1987). Since 1992 up to now the Head of the Department has been Prof. Karol Kukuła. Within this period many original scientific works have been written – monographs, articles and textbooks spread out throughout the country. Since 2015 the name of the Department has been changed into the Department of Statistics and Econometrics.

Vorliegende Reflexionen betreffen die wissenschaftliche Werkstatt von Professor Wincenty Granat, die in technischer Hinsicht sehr einfach war. Sie besaß keinerlei Karteien, weil er solche für unnötig hielt; alles Material, Notizen bzw. Exzerpte schrieb er auf Zettel im Format A 4 und legte sie dann in getrennte Mappen ab. Danach ordnete er dieses Material thematisch in Gruppen und verwendete es beim Schreiben seiner Artikel und Bücher. Professor Granat besaß eine eigene umfangreiche und gute Bibliothek, zu der er bereits während seiner Studienzeit in Rom den Grundstock gelegt hatte und die er im Laufe der Jahre vervollständigte, bis sie schließlich etwa 1400 Bände umfaßte. Den Bestand der Bibliothek bildeten Bücher zu Themen, die ihn besonders interessierten - vorwiegend handelte es sich dabei um Veröffentlichungen auf dem Gebiet der Dogmatischen Theologie. Nach der Charakterisierung der wissenschaftlichen Werkstatt von Prof. Dr. habil. Wincenty Granat wird im Anhang der Inhalt seiner Büchersammlung aufgelistet.

Problém žánrů odborné právnické literatury

Lawyers were then coined among the best stylists, alongside writers, playwrights and poets. They were aware of this and showed their affinity with the world of literature in their works. Who among today’s lawyers would think of quoting poems in support of their claim? For example, the verses of Homer’s Iliad were cited by the lawyer Massurius Sabinus as evidence for his theory of the market contract. Then there is the question of whether we should pay attention to the texts of legal norms when examining the genre of professional legal literature. Here I chose a negative opinion. I am based on the opinion that the texts of legal norms are material, the object of legal literature, not its subject. As the subject of artistic prose is life as such, the subject of legal literature is the life of legal norms, i.e. their application to specific life situations. In the same way I look at court (and the other official) decisions as well. I analyse the individual subgenres in the article, as they separated from the unified concept of legal literature in ancient Rome and supplement the current border subgenres, which is popular legal literature.

Byli si toho vědomi a svou spřízněnost se světem literatury projevovali i ve svých dílech. Koho z dnešních právníků by napadlo citovat na podporu svého tvrzení báseň? Například verše Homérovy Iliady uváděl právník Massurius Sabinus jako důkaz pro svou teorii smlouvy trhové. Pak je ještě otázka, jestli máme při zkoumání žánrů odborné právnické literatury věnovat pozornost i samotným textům právních norem. Zvolil jsem negativní stanovisko. Vycházím z názoru, že texty právních norem jsou materiálem, předmětem právní literatury, nikoli jejím subjektem. Jako je předmětem umělecké prózy život jako takový, je předmětem právní literatury život právních norem, tj. jejich aplikace na konkrétní životní situace. A stejně tak se dívám na soudní (a jiná úřední) rozhodnutí. Rozebírám v článku jednotlivé podžánry, tak jak se vyčlenily z jednotného pojetí právní literatury už ve starověkém Římě, a doplňuji je o aktuální hraniční podžánr, jímž je populární právnická literatura.
