Many people publicly claim thet they work for money but often, during unoficial conversations, they say that in fact they are motivated by the off-remuneration benefits. However - as numerous studies show - indeed the financial incentives play a very important role on the list of motivating factors, but after the pay price rise they no longer fulfill their role. This function is realized just by off-remuneration incentives and this is why these issues are steadily growing in importance and their efficiency is worth studying and researching.
