Badania pilotażowe przeprowadzone w przedsiębiorstwach różnej wielkości w 2010 i 2018 roku ujawniły najwięcej nieprawidłowości w ocenie ryzyka zawodowego w mikroprzedsiębiorstwach. Wyniki wykazały, że jest to spowodowane brakiem wiedzy i umiejętności dotyczących sposobu identyfikacji zagrożeń, metod wspomagających ocenę ryzyka, monitorowania i oceny efektywności działań obniżających ryzyko oraz znajomości wymagań prawnych w zakresie oceny ryzyka zarówno po stronie pracodawców, jak i pracowników. Cyfrowa transformacja, z jaką mamy współcześnie do czynienia, daje szereg możliwości wspomagania decyzji człowieka w różnych obszarach jego działalności, w tym również stworzenia inteligentnego narzędzia do oceny ryzyka zawodowego. W artykule podjęto próbę sformułowania koncepcji interaktywnej oceny ryzyka zawodowego, adresowanej do mikroprzedsiębiorstw, obejmującej wszystkie jej etapy, metody i techniki, które mają lub powinny mieć zastosowanie w jej przebiegu i która uwzględniałaby nowo powstające zagrożenia, ergonomiczne czynniki ryzyka oraz monitorowanie i ocenę skuteczności działań obniżających ryzyko.

Original interactive occupational risk assessment concept, addressed mainly to small and micro enterprises, was presented. Pilot studies conducted in 2010 and repeated in 2018 show numerous examples of risk assessments that were not performed and many mistakes in the evaluation process. This is due to the lack of knowledge and experience among the employers in the area of risk identification, risk assessment supporting methods, monitoring and effectiveness evaluation of actions towards lowering of occupational risk as well as legal requirements connected with risk assessment. Digital transformation, that we are currently facing, influences the changes of operation in different industrial and service-oriented sectors as well as changes in the human-machine interaction network. That is why it is crucial for the occupational risk assessment tools to correspond with modern solutions in enterprise management. Research results, covering performance of occupational risk assessment and knowledge of different risk assessment methods, conducted in various small, medium and large enterprises, is presented. Formulation of interactive occupational risk assessment concept, which would cover all its stages, methods and techniques that need to be used in the assessment and would include new emerging threats and ergonomic risks as well as monitoring and effectiveness evaluation of risk lowering activities, was attempted.
