W artykule omówiono znaczenie nowych pojęć związanych z relacjami. Ponadto zostały zaprezentowane zasady budowania modeli biznesu oparte na efektywności relacji. Praktyczne sposoby ich wykorzystania przedstawiono w formie zmodyfikowanego układu współrzędnych. Pojawienie się wypadkowych badanych wskaźników w jednej z jego części pozwala na postawienie hipotezy. Przykłady ilustrują zastosowanie modeli biznesu w praktyce, zaś algorytm weryfikacji wiarygodności podmiotu gospodarującego przez banki, pozwala po modyfikacjach na zastosowanie go, nie tylko w bankach, lecz także w innych dziedzinach aktywności gospodarczej różnych instytucji.

The article discusses the importance of new concepts related to relationships. Moreover, the rules were presented to build business models based on the effectiveness of relations. Practical methods of their use are presented in the form of a modified coordinate system. The appearance of the resultant indicators examined in one of its parts, can hypothesize. The examples illustrate the application of business models in practice, and the algorithm to verify the credibility of the audited entity by the banks allows the modifications to use it, not only in banks but also in other areas of economic activity of different institutions.
