Celem autorów tekstów z zakresu komunikacji języka religijnego jest przede wszystkim oddziaływanie na postawy i poglądy odbiorców. Język analizowanych rozporządzeń, mimo że jest prosty, zrozumiały, przystępny dla konkretnego odbiorcy, którym tu jest duszpasterz – formator grupy, odpiera tezę stawianą przez współczesnych językoznawców. Styl, w którym dominują przede wszystkim terminy z zakresu szeroko rozumianej teologii i komunikacji religijnej, wzmacnia funkcję nakłaniającą, zachowując jednocześnie gatunkowo-stylistyczne wyznaczniki tekstu religijnego. Wielość i różnorodność stosowanych środków językowych wzbogaca język i styl oraz składa się na modalność o złożonym charakterze. Funkcja perswazyjna pełni zatem rolę nadrzędną, zaś jej elementem składowym jest szereg środków językowo--stylistycznych, charakterystycznych dla wypowiedzi z zakresu języka religijnego.

Authors of texts representing preaching communication first and foremost aim to influence the recipient's attitudes and opinions. The language of the analyzed ordinances – even though it is simple, clear and accessible to its receiver; in this case, a priest, group formator – rebuts the statement made by contemporary linguists. This style, dominated by terms related to broadly understood theology and religious communication, enhances the persuasive function of the text, while retaining stylistic characteristics of a religious language. The plurality and variety of the linguistic devices used enriches the language and style, and contributes to its complex modality. Therefore, its persuasive function is a superior one, and it comprises a range of linguistic and stylistic devices characteristic of religious language texts.

During the years 1944–1990, archives of state security organs operated in Poland. During this time, six comprehensive ordinances were issued regarding the handling of archival materials at the ministry: No. 00123/57, No. 0127/57, No. 0107/68, No. 034/74, No. 030/79 and No. 049/85. From 1957 to 1990, they governed in full the proceeding of acts produced by security authorities. In the audited period, all archival work at the ministry was subordinated to the management of the operational archive. In the process of amending archival norms, the handling of operational and non-operational acts was regulated in the apparatus of repression. The normative status was changed from “top secret” to “secret”. Gradually, changes were made to the names describing the collected operational materials: documentation, archival files, archival materials. All subsequent archival norms retained similar content and structure of issues. In the list of files, the number of departments, entries and types of operational files increased. The number of types of prints has been amended and increased. The normative status has been changed from instruction to ordinance. All modifications made to the aforementioned norms resulted from the specific nature of operational files and the need to secure the efficiency and secrecy of the Security Service’s operational units.

W latach 1944–1990 funkcjonowały w Polsce archiwa organów bezpieczeństwa państwa. W tym czasie wydano sześć kompleksowych zarządzeń dotyczących postępowania z materiałami archiwalnymi w resorcie: nr 00123/57, nr 0127/57, nr 0107/68, nr 034/74, nr 030/79 i nr 049/85. Od 1957 do 1990 r. regulowały one w całości postępowanie z aktami wytworzonymi w organach bezpieczeństwa. W badanym okresie całą pracę archiwalną w resorcie podporządkowano kierownictwu archiwum operacyjnego. W procesie nowelizacji normatywów archiwalnych uregulowano w aparacie represji postępowanie z aktami operacyjnymi i nieoperacyjnymi. Zmieniono status normatywów ze „ściśle tajne” na „tajne”. Stopniowo wprowadzono zmiany w nazewnictwie opisującym gromadzone materiały operacyjne: dokumentacja, akta archiwalne, materiały archiwalne. We wszystkich kolejnych normatywach archiwalnych zachowano podobną treść i strukturę zagadnień. W wykazie akt zwiększono liczbę działów, haseł i rodzajów akt operacyjnych. Znowelizowano i zwiększono liczbę rodzajów druków. Zmieniono status normatywów z instrukcji na zarządzenie. Wszystkie modyfikacje dokonane we wspomnianych normatywach wynikały ze specyficznego charakteru akt operacyjnych oraz potrzeby zabezpieczenia efektywności i tajności działań jednostek operacyjnych Służby Bezpieczeństwa.
