The study presents example of didactic model of two-axis PV panel positioner, operating in an open control system. The controller has control algorithm based on astronomical calculations. During the tests, the quality of the control algorithm and the energy efficiency of the system were checked. The conducted tests confirmed the correct operation of the positioner.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono przykład modelu dydaktycznego dwuosiowego pozycjonera paneli fotowoltaicznych, pracującego w otwartym układzie sterowania. W sterowniku zaimple-mentowano algorytm sterujący oparty na obliczeniach astronomicznych. W trakcie badań spraw-dzono jakość algorytmu sterującego oraz efektywność energetyczną systemu. Przeprowadzone badania potwierdziły prawidłowe działanie pozycjonera.

W świetle art. 3 ust 3 Prawa Budowlanego panele (ogniwa) fotowoltaiczne, które pod wpływem promieniowania świetlnego działają jako generatory energii elektrycznej, stanowią urządzenia techniczne nie mogące być przedmiotem opodatkowania podatkiem od nieruchomości, a opodatkowaniu tym podatkiem podlegać będą wyłącznie jako budowla ich fundamenty (trwałe mocowanie) jako odrębna część przedmiotów składająca się na całość użytkową.

In the case of article 3 panels of Construction Law (cell) photovoltaic, which under the influence of light radiation act as generators of electricity, are technical devices that can not be subjects to the property tax, and this tax will be only as a building of their foundations (permanent mount) as separate part of the items comprising the whole utility.
