The purpose of this article is to familiarize the reader with what patostreamingis. To better outline the scale of this phenomenon, the author relies onstatistics taken from the “Teenagers 3.0” Research Report. The aim of the article is also to answer the question of whether the current legal status includes tools for penalizing this type of behavior. The author will also analyse the criminalisation of patostreaming in the light of the amendment to the Penal Code, which ultimately did not enter into force.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przybliżenie czytelnikowi, czym jest patostreaming. Dla lepszego zarysowania skali tego zjawiska autor bazuje na statystykach zaczerpniętych z Raportu z badań „Nastolatki 3.0”. Zadaniem artykułu jest również odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy w aktualnym stanie prawnym istnieją narzędzia służące do penalizacji tego typu zachowań. Autor dokona także analizy dotyczącej penalizacji patostreamingu w świetle nowelizacji Kodeksu karnego, która ostatecznie nie weszła w życie.
