Waloryzacja obiektów dziedzictwa kulturowego dzielnicy Prądnik Biały w Krakowie

The main goal of the work is to valorize the cultural heritage of the Prądnik Biały district in Krakow, as well as its analysis and presentation of the issues of protection of historic buildings. The basic source was the data obtained from the commune records provided by the office and the results of the field inventory. The obtained information was used to develop an original typology of historic buildings located in the district and their valorization. As a result of the inventory, high values of the resource in the district were shown, as well as clear neglect and non-compliance with the formal condition. In the presented method of valorization of the indicated objects, such features of objects as their building condition, state of preservation in relation to their original appearance, transport accessibility to these objects, accessibility to visitors, current function and age of construction were taken into account. The results became the basis for formulated conclusions about the untapped potential of the cultural heritage of peripheral districts, as well as the indication of good practices that could improve the condition of monuments.

Głównym celem pracy jest waloryzacja zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego dzielnicy Prądnik Biały w Krakowie, analiza oraz przedstawienie problematyki ochrony obiektów zabytkowych. Podstawowym źródłem były dane pozyskane z gminnej ewidencji ze stron urzędu oraz wyniki inwentaryzacji terenowej. Pozyskane informacje służyły do opracowania autorskiej typologii obiektów zabytkowych położonych na obszarze dzielnicy oraz ich waloryzacji. W wyniku inwentaryzacji wykazano duże walory zasobu na terenie dzielnicy, a także wyraźne zaniedbania i niezgodności względem stanu formalnego. W zaproponowanej metodzie uwzględnione zostały takie cechy obiektów jak ich stan zabudowy, stan zachowania względem ich pierwotnego wyglądu, dostępność komunikacyjna do tych obiektów, dostępność dla zwiedzających, obecna funkcja oraz wiek powstania. Wyniki stały się podstawą do wysuniętych wniosków o niewykorzystanym potencjale dziedzictwa kulturowego peryferyjnych dzielnic, jak i wskazaniu dobrych praktyk, które mogłyby poprawić stan zabytków.
