Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie potencjalnych korzyści wynikających z zastosowania orientacji procesowej w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi. Zastosowanie podejścia procesowego daje możliwość skuteczniejszego i bardziej efektywnego zarządzania tym obszarem i doskonalenia procesów. W artykule ukazano w sposób teoretyczny kierunki doskonalenia procesów zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi z wykorzystaniem podejścia procesowego.

The aim of the paper is to show the possibilities of applying the concepts and principles of process approach as well as methods of process management to human resources management. Using the process approach may support quality improvement tools and effectiveness of personnel management processes. The paper presents the trends in development of the human resources man¬agement processes with application of the process approach.
