The article is devoted to the 1984 publication entitled Wykaz treści by Krystyna Miłobędzka. The author shows the multi-faceted nature of the poetic subject and the ways of its creation. She finds that liminality is a category which helps to understand the concept of subjectivity in Miłobędzka’s poetry. Additionally, the author focuses on the opposition between language and speech, poetry and reality, writing and experience. But the key aspect of Miłobędzka’s poetry is its “staginess” and its interconnection with the liminality of the subject, the material qualities of her voice and her use of language variations.

The article concerns the idea of the subject’s evolution in the poetry of Ewa Lipska. The article presents the unexplored path of subjectivity’s development in selected poems by this Cracovian poet. The main research concept regards the interpretation of particular poems from the perspective of current philosophical problems, connected with posthumanism, which is understood here as the ability to go beyond the bounds of humanism, a revision of previous humanistic assumptions. The essential change of direction in the reception of Ewa Lipska’s writings could be perceived as a result of the interpretation contained in this article.

The paper aims to show that the lyrical subject of Matošʼs poetry is indeed a media hybrid structure. This subject usually identifies with the signifiers of other artistic media, such as the theater, dance, music, painting, fashion and architecture. Therefor, Matoš’s lyrical subject reveals itself as a media hybrid being, which is defined by both time and culture.
