Praktyka pedagogiczna stwarza warunki pierwszego kontaktu przyszłego nauczyciela z jego pracą zawodową. To pierwsze doświadczenie studenta ma zasadniczy wpływ na jego dalsze kroki w zawodzie. Praktyczne doświadczenia studentów są integralną częścią uczelnianego przygotowania, wiążąc w sobie teoretyczne przygotowanie nauczycieli z praktyka szkolną. Działania praktyczne studentów podejmowane są najczęściej w ramach praktyk studenckich. Są oni wówczas pod opieką nauczycieli szkolnych, którzy zwracają głównie uwagę na wyćwiczenie określonych czynności. Kształcenie praktyczne nauczycieli opiera się na równowadze między praktyką a teorią, doświadczeniem i własnymi przeżyciami, a także wzajemnych powiązaniach pomiędzy nimi. Celem opracowania jest ocena przygotowania studentów do pracy zawodowej przez nauczycieli opiekunów oraz przedstawienie opinii samych zainteresowanych o odbytych praktykach.

Student's first experience with a future job is associated with teaching internships. This particular experience has a fundamental influence on student's future career steps. Student's practical experience is an integral part of university preparation, combining theoretical background with a school internships. Teaching internships are the most common form of practical activity. Students are supervised by teachers, whose role is to point out the best practices. Future teacher's education is based on the balance between theory and practice, and also life experience and mutual connection between all this elements. The aim of the study is to demonstrate supervisor's opinion on student's job background and to demonstrate student's opinion on completed internships.

The aim of apprenticeship and intership is to improve the competences of graduates/students in the field of knowledge and skills related to their field of study. Internships are also a perfect way of familiarizing with professional environment, culture and ethics. The article presents the feedback from analysis on the relationship between the internship and apprenticeship offered by the companies and students/graduates expectations.
