Artykuł dotyczy wybranych zagadnień związanych z uwarunkowaniami transferu wiedzy wynikającymi z obowiązujących przepisów prawa krajowego, prawa wspólnotowego oraz prawa międzynarodowego. Regulacje prawne, które są przedmiotem analizy mieszczą się głównie w obszarze prawa własności intelektualnej, prawa własności przemysłowej i prawa o szkolnictwie wyższym. Omówiono najważniejsze rozwiązania prawne zawarte w konwencjach i traktatach międzynarodowych dotyczących własności intelektualnej, które sprzyjają szybszemu i większemu transferowi rozwiązań innowacyjnych i w konsekwencji, które służą wsparciu globalnego systemu własności przemysłowej, a co za tym idzie przyczyniają się do rozwoju gospodarczego.

Article on selected issues related to the determinants of knowledge transfer arising from the applicable national law, Community law and international law. Regulations that are the subject of analysis are mainly in the area of intellectual property rights, industrial property rights and the rights of higher education. Discusses the most important legal solutions contained in international conventions and treaties on intellectual property, which favor a more rapid and greater transfer of innovative solutions and consequences that serve to support the global system of industrial property, and thus contribute to economic development.
