The legislator, for various reasons, submits administrative cases to the common courts. These matters are settled by the administrative body by decision, and the appeal is directed to the common court. An example of such a procedure, known as a hybrid one, is proceedings in matters relating to social insurance.

Ustawodawca z różnych przyczyn przekazuje do rozpoznania przez sądy powszechne sprawy administracyjne. Sprawy te załatwiane są przez organ administracyjny decyzją, a odwołanie kierowane jest do sądu powszechnego. Przykładem takiej procedury, zwanej hybrydową, jest postępowanie w sprawach z zakresu ubezpieczeń społecznych.
