The results of the study show that the use of music and its forms of activity with the aim of re-socialization, in most cases, was realized in the form of active, initiating joint creative activity. Described in the article ways of attracting young people to the music allowed students to recover from of emotions, moving in other, private world of dreams, enriched by feelings, wise thoughts. Music and musical experience, in a sense, helped young, lost persons to meet many needs that can be met without hurting others. The main value of musical experience is to meet the needs of joy and satisfaction, which appear as a result of contact with creation and possibility of creation. The author concludes that youth can have socially heterogeneous emotional disorders, which are one of the reasons for lack of effectiveness in dealing with various life problems. In this case music, as a means of excitation and relaxation, and expression of feelings of an individual, affecting emotions, shaping the psyche and inner life can help improve this condition. With the help of music one can get knowledge that could not be transmitted in verbal and visual way, music acts as a stimulator of association thinking and imagination. The condition of achieving success in the implementation of the identified tasks is the correct choice of musical material and method of contact of youth with the chosen form of musical activity. Taking into account the impact of art on emotional state of the person, music can be used to excite the interest, to liberate of the desired feelings, to remove stress, to find comfort, or at least improve somebody’s mood or drive to action. Active participation in music making can bring young people great satisfaction, expand and enrich the psyche and creativity. During music lessons which are connected with other elements of art, in favorable conditions comes to the formation in students sensitivity, self-discipline, responsibility, communication skills and ability to work with a group. An important link in the use of music and its forms of activity in the work with socially maladjusted youth, as a support tool in the process of education becomes a competent and empathetic teacher. His knowledge and organizational skills, pedagogical and cultural activities contribute to the fact that in such institutions as educational centers, juvenile shelters or correction institutions initiatives based on music and music making of youth will be effectively implemented.

W świadomości społecznej istnieje przekonanie, że to wykształcenie uzyskane na poziomie wyższym decyduje o sukcesie społeczno-zawodowym jednostki. Trudno temu zaprzeczać, jednakże wiele badań eksponuje fakt, że to szkoła średnia, a w szczególności liceum, jest decydująca (obok czynnika rodzinnego) w kształtowaniu kapitału kulturowego jednostki i jej „potencjału” społecznego. Trudno jest przecenić w tym zakresie, zarówno w kontekście historycznym, jak i współcześnie, rolę elitarnych szkoł licealnych. W artykule przedstawiono rolę elitarnych liceów francuskich w formowaniu elit we Francji.

It is a common social conviction that higher education decides of an individual’s socioprofessional success. It difficult to object to this statement. However, many studies expose the fact that secondary school decides (beside the family factor) of the formation of an individual’s cultural capital, and its social ‘potential’. It is difficult to overrate the role of elite secondary schools, either in historical context or contemporarily. The authors present the role of elite French grandes ecoles in the formation of elites in France.

The paper presents theoretical issues concerning the possibilities of application of the HACCP system rules in the process of improving the quality of education in secondary schools. The carried out analysis show that it is possible to apply the HACCP system rules in secondary schools. Implementation of the HACCP system rules in schools can be beneficial in four areas: economically-financial, organisational, educational and social. Moreover, the education security would increase, the intellectual loss and failure of students would be diminished and on the educational market an increase of competitiveness and trust to school and its graduates would be observed.

W pracy zaprezentowano teoretyczne rozważania dotyczące możliwości wykorzystania zasad systemu HACCP w procesie doskonalenia jakości kształcenia w szkołach ponadpodstawowych. Analizy wykazały, że zastosowanie zasad systemu HACCP w procesie kształcenia w szkołach jest możliwe. Wdrażając zasady systemu HACCP w szkole możemy uzyskać korzyści w czterech płaszczyznach: ekonomiczno-finansowej, organizacyjnej, edukacyjnej i społecznej. Ponadto zwiększyłoby się bezpieczeństwo kształcenia, ograniczone zostałyby niepowodzenia i straty intelektualne uczniów, a także nastąpiłby wzrost konkurencyjności i zaufania od szkoły i jej absolwentów na rynku edukacyjnym.

Recent years in Poland have been marked by a heated discussion on the system of education in place. A significant contribution to the discussion was the 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science Act, redefining the current operating model of higher education institutions. Tertiary education and the way it is organised are set in a global environment with an indefinite number of stakeholders. The turbulent nature and changeability of this environment has surfaced even more strongly in the light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. All this requires looking at the design of curricula and the delivery of the process of education from a broader angle, identifying the internal and the external stakeholders and determining their expectations as well as the capabilities to affect higher education institutions and the very process of education. The article points to the area of research made in the said domain, offering a description of the current state of affairs.

W ostatnich latach w Polsce szeroko dyskutowana jest problematyka dotycząca systemu kształcenia. Przyczyniła się do tego między innymi uchwalona w 2018 r. ustawa – Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce redefiniująca zasady działania uczelni. Studia wyższe i ich organizacja osadzone są w globalnym otoczeniu, posiadającym właściwie nieskończenie wielu interesariuszy. Burzliwość i zmienność tego środowiska została jeszcze dobitniej ukazana przez pryzmat panującej pandemii COVID-19. To wszystko powoduje, że na kwestie określania programów studiów i realizacji procesu kształcenia należy spojrzeć szerzej, rozpoznając wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych interesariuszy oraz określając ich oczekiwania, a także możliwości wpływania na uczelnie i sam proces kształcenia. W artykule wskazano obszar badań w tym zakresie, nakreślając istniejący obecnie stan rzeczy.
