Artykuł prezentuje dyskusję pojęcia alians strategiczny oraz omawia różne formy aliansów. Ponadto wskazuje na rosnącą rolę porozumień nastawionych na uzyskiwanie kluczowych informacji od partnerów czyli tzw. learning allianse. Kolejna część przedstawia istotę transferu wiedzy między partnerami aliansu. Zaprezentowano trzy możliwe podejścia do organizacji transferu wiedzy w aliansie strategicznym i rozwinięto podejście bazujące na koncepcji procesów organizacyjnego uczenia się. Wskazano także na korzyści i zagrożenia transferu wiedzy w aliansach typu "learning".

In the paper there is presented a discussion on strategic alliance meaning and different forms of alliances described. The author points out the rising role of learning agreements – the settlements directed towards gaining the key information from the partners. The following part is on the nature of the knowledge transfer between the partners. There are listed three possible approaches to organization of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances. The approach based on the concept of organizational learning processes is developed. The benefits and threats of knowledge transfer in alliances of learning type are also listed.
