Celem artykułu jest wykazanie, że koncepcja zarządzania wiedzą jest wciąż aktualna, pomimo rozwoju nowych koncepcji zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami. Pojawienie się nowych koncepcji, ale także rozwój wiedzy na temat uwarunkowań implementacji tych koncepcji jest istotnym wyzwaniem dla nauki i praktyki. Przykładem najnowszych koncepcji omówionych w artykule jest model organizacji turkusowej, który założeniami wyprzedza swoją epokę. Wskazuje jednak kierunek zmian w naukach o zarządzaniu.

The aim of the article is to show that the concept of knowledge management is still valid, despite the development of new concepts of business management. The appearing of new concepts, but also the development of knowledge about the conditions for the implementation of these concepts is an important challenge for science and practice. An example of the latest concepts discussed in the article is the turquoise organization model, which assumes ahead of its time. However, it indicates the direction of changes in management sciences.
