Jakość staży uczniowskich w branży elektroniczno- -mechatronicznej w innowacyjnym środowisku pracy – wybrane wyniki badań własnych

The article presents selected results of research on the quality of student internships concerning three professions of electronics technician, mechatronics technician, automation technician) carried out in seven enterprises of the Radom region as part of the project POWR.02.15.00-00-2004/20, entitled “Development of student internship programs implemented in an innovative work environment in the electronics and mechatronics industry”, the contractor of which was the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Sustainable Technologies in Radom. The aim of the survey was to assess the quality of implementation of model student internship programs from the perspective of students (trainees), employers (providing internship places) and vocational school (referring students to internships). In the opinion of the respondents, student internships in the Polish vocational education system are an effective tool combining education with professional practice. Thanks to them, students have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience that increase their competitiveness on the labour market, and employers can actively participate in the process of educating future employees, adapting their competences to the real needs of the economy

W artykule zostały zaprezentowane wybrane wyniki badań jakości staży uczniowskich dotyczących trzech zawodów: technik elektronik, technik mechatronik, technik automatyk realizowanych w siedmiu przedsiębiorstwach regionu radomskiego w ramach projektu POWR.02.15.00-00-2004/20, pn. „Opracowanie programów staży uczniowskich realizowanych w innowacyjnym środowisku pracy w branży elektroniczno-mechatronicznej”, którego wykonawcą w latach 2020–2022 była Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Technologii Eksploatacji w Radomiu. Celem głównym przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych była ocena jakości realizacji modelowych programów staży uczniowskich z perspektywy uczniów (stażystów), pracodawców (podmiot przyjmujący na staż uczniowski) oraz szkoły zawodowej (kierującej uczniów na staż). W ocenie respondentów staże uczniowskie w polskim systemie kształcenia zawodowego są efektywnym narzędziem łączącym edukację z praktyką zawodową. Dzięki nim uczniowie mają możliwość zdobycia cennych umiejętności i doświadczeń, które zwiększają ich konkurencyjność na rynku pracy, a pracodawcy mogą aktywnie uczestniczyć w procesie edukacji przyszłych pracowników, dostosowując ich kompetencje do realnych potrzeb gospodarki.
