The article discusses the radio broadcasts created in Polish Radio Lublin in the years 1990–2017 that introduce the life and works of Wincenty Pol, a patriot and a poet. Most of the programs are the effect of collaborations with the museum Wincenty Pol Manor House and scholars from the universities in Lublin. The author analyzes all the radio programs about the poet, proposing a different and innovative way of presenting the life and works of Pol. Two of the examined programs were created during family reunions of the poet’s family, and the others on the occasion of the openings of thematic exhibitions, e.g. of pipes or manuscripts. What is noteworthy is the citing of the correspondence that the poet received. The background invariably consists of the rooms of Wincenty Pol Manor House in the district of Kalinowszczyzna in Lublin. It is worth noting that the recurrence of the subject of Pol’s works in radio programs is occasional – in each case the recordings were prompted by the events taking place in the Manor House. When preparing thematic exhibitions, the curators often imported the exhibits from other national and foreign galleries or museums. The recordings eternalize the special moments when the permanent exhibition was enriched by the objects borrowed from other institutions. The role of the panel of experts in the radio programs was performed by literary scholars and the Museum employees. The picture of Pol that emerges from the recordings captures the author’s extraordinary personality, diligence and patriotism.

Artykuł prezentuje audycje zrealizowane w Polskim Radiu Lublin w latach 1990-2007, które przedstawiają Wincentego Pola jako poetę i patriotę. Większość z nich powstała na podstawie współpracy z Muzeum Dworkiem W. Pola w Lublinie i ekspertami z uniwersytetów lubelskich. Autorka poddaje analizie wszystkie audycje, których bohaterem był poeta, proponując odmienny niż w podręcznikach, sposób prezentowania życia i twórczości Pola. Dwie z opisywanych audycji powstały w czasie zjazdów rodziny poety. Inne w związku z otwarciem wystaw tematycznych, np. fajek czy rękopisów. Godne uwagi są przywołania korespondencji przysyłanej do poety. Tłem nieodmiennie są pomieszczenia Dworku Pola na Kalinowszczyźnie w Lublinie. Zwraca uwagę okazjonalność powracania tematu twórczości Pola w audycjach – za każdym razem nagrania zostały sprowokowane wydarzeniami dziejącymi się w Dworku. Przygotowując wystawę tematyczną, kustosze niejednokrotnie sprowadzali eksponaty z innych krajowych i zagranicznych placówek muzealnych. Nagrania zatrzymują te wyjątkowe momenty, kiedy do ekspozycji stałej dołączały przedmioty wypożyczone z innych placówek. Jako eksperci audycji występują literaturoznawcy i pracownicy Muzeum. Obraz Pola jaki wyłania się z nagrań ujmuje niezwykłą osobowością literata, pracowitością i patriotyzmem.

The article attempts to present the specificity of radio music broadcasts as a form of didactic method used while teaching children about music. The Polish Radio music broadcasts created by Maria Wieman from 1946 to 1976 were used as a research material. The author shows the historical background in which educational radio programmes were made in Poland. The state of kindergarten education after the war and the methodology of music education is also adressed. The paper attempts to present the reconstruction of the formation of music broadcasts for children based on the literature dedicated to the subject, recordings of the broadcasts, and radio documents. The author also wanted to present the profile of Maria Wieman, the brodcast creator. Her methodological and didactic achievements played a key role in forming the modern way of thinking about music education in kindergarten.

The article presents the publication of Natalia Kowalska-Elkader entitled Form and content. Polish and foreign radio feature and its genre varieties, which was released in 2019 by the Publishing House of the University of Lodz. In the book, the author made an attempt to define the genre, taking into account the different nature of the broadcast and the divergence in defining the feature genre. In addition, the article indicates the scientific achievements of Natalia Kowalska-Elkader and her achievements in the field of radio research.

Polski i zagraniczny feature radiowy oraz jego odmiany gatunkowe, która ukazała się w 2019 roku nakładem Wydawnictwa Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego. Autorka podjęła w książce próbę zdefiniowania gatunku uwzględniając odmienny charakter audycji radiowych oraz rozbieżność definicyjną gatunku feature. Ponadto w artykule wskazano osiągnięcia naukowe Natalii Kowalskiej-Elkader oraz jej dokonania w obszarze badań radioznawczych.

The article presents the profile of the scholar, based on his cooperation with the regional radio that resulted in a series of radio programs on literature. In the archive of Radio Lublin there are twelve broadcasts on the subject matter that fascinated Malik – literary biographies, Prus and contemporary writers. Currently these tapes are not available to the public, which renders the presentation of some of them all the more interesting. The article includes a description and an analysis of selected programs, cites parts of the recordings and presents the circumstances of the registration of the material. The programs let the audience get acquainted with the scholar’s specific argumentation style, his knowledge of authors’ biographies, the passion with which he studied literature and his unusual attachment to Lublin and the region. The listener also learns about the people who were important to the professor, his idols; Malik often referred to the figure of the great literary scholar Prof. Stanisław Fit, whom he called the Master. Attached to the article is the list of the programs that are held in the Radio Lublin archive and that Prof. J. Malik took part in.

Artykuł prezentuje sylwetkę uczonego w oparciu o jego współpracę z radiem regionalnym, która zaowocowała audycjami poświęconymi literaturze. W archiwum Radia Lublin znajduje się dwanaście programów o tematyce jaka fascynowała Malika – literackich biografiach, Prusie a także pisarzach współczesnych. Obecnie nagrania te nie są udostępniane dla szerokiego odbiorcy, tym ciekawsza wydaje się prezentacja części z nich. Artykuł zawiera opis i analizę wybranych programów, przywołuje cytaty zaczerpnięte z nagrań, podaje okoliczności w jakich dokonano rejestracji materiału. Audycje pozwalają poznać specyficzny styl argumentowania uczonego, znajomość biografii pisarzy, pasję z jaką profesor badał literaturę i niezwykłe przywiązanie do Lublina i regionu. Słuchacz uzyskuje także wiedzę o ludziach dla niego ważnych, autorytetach, Malik często nawiązywał do postaci wybitnego literaturoznawcy, jakim był prof. Stanisław Fita, nazywany przez niego Mistrzem. Do pracy dołączony jest wykaz, znajdujących się w archiwum RL programów, w których brał udział prof. J. Malik.

W artykule są analizowane tytuły audycji radiowych zawierających nazwy rozgłośni. Celem analiz było ustalenie, jakich technik formalnych używa się, by umieścić nazwę stacji w tytule audycji; w jakim celu się to robi i które cechy współczesnego radia są w ten sposób eksponowane. Zbadano zawartość ramówek ok. 120 stacji różnego typu z całej Polski.

This article presents the analysis of radio broadcast containing the names of radio stations. The goal is to indicate what formal techniques are used to place the name of the radio station in the title of the radio broadcast. Moreover, attempt is being made to evidence what are the techniques to emphasise the name of the radio station in this way. Conclusions are being drawn on the basis of 120 radio stations and their broadcast services.
