Wielowymiarowa analiza długości torów kolejowych w państwach Europy

In this article the authors conducted the multidimensional comparative analysis and the evaluation of data concerning the length of railway lines in twenty seven European countries between 2007-2017. The first stage of research was the grouping of original data. Two groups were isolated: countries and years. Both groups were analyzed and evaluated with the application of various research tools: box-and-whisker, arithmetic means, standard deviations, histograms and normality charts.. The evaluation is the observation of a trend and invisible characteristics in the context of raw data evaluation only.

W artykule przeprowadzono wielowymiarową analizę porównawczą i ocenę danych dotyczącą długości torów kolejowych w dwudziestu siedmiu państwach Europy w latach 2007-2017. Pierwszym etapem badań było pogrupowanie danych pierwotnych. Wyodrębniono dwie grupy: państwa i lata. Obie grupy zostały poddane analizie i ocenie z wykorzystaniem wielu statystycznych narzędzi badawczych do których zaliczono: wykresy ramka-wąsy, średnich arytmetycznych, odchyleń standardowych, histogramy i wykresy normalności. Oceną jest zaobserwowanie tendencji i cech niewidzialnych z punktu oceny samych danych surowych.
