The subject of this paper is to outline and examine the hot issues in the Austrian Pension System (Although it is not very diverse from the other countries within the EU, the economic background is di erent. However, the way of dealing with them can prove to be useful for other countries, especially for those with a common history and similar systems). The attention is also drawn to the groups which have so-called pension privileges (which in uence the country expenditures) and last, but not the least, the latest developments in this pension system. This contribution also gives suggestions which could be implemented into the new pension system, which is required by the experts to amend the current one.

In Gombrowicz’s novel Cosmos we can find a idea of reality, which is very similar to Nietzsche’s metaphysical postulates. In this article I’d like to show that points in the views both of authors, which are compatible. Both of them characterize truth of existence by chaos and becoming. Polish writer assumes that man has a ground in the chaos, but can’t live without the ordering categories. Nietzsche also claims that we stay in world of pretence, because we haven’t the instruments to experience the “will of power” reality. It is a reason why people are looking for the way a chaos forming. They have found the constancy in the language and in the logic, which creates the world of pretence. In Gombrowicz’s novel human’s world is created by form. People have to live in themselves reality, because chaos is a way to madness

The article aims at finding repetitive content and formal elements visible on the websites of female religious congregations in Poland. These websites are a form of media self-presentation of religious communities, they serve informational purposes and, indirectly, the creation of the image of the congregations. The research covered 93 websites of congregations participating in the Conference of Senior Superiors of Religious Congregations. The author distinguishes 4 aspects of the message that add up to the schemes of self-presentation: 1. basis of identification of the community, 2. areas of self-description, 3. invitation to contact, 4. multimedia. The author indicates a relationship between the presumed collective originator and the undefined recipient of the internet message as a probable cause of the predictable structure of the websites analyzed.

In the modern world the phenomenon of economic globalization directly effects developments of law across various jurisdictions and effects the forms of white collar criminality in particular. The term “white collar crime” is proven to be ambiguous and not informative on what exactly types of criminal behavior this phrase should encompass. As globalization trends further gain momentum, national economies are becoming more internationalized and inter-dependent, and regulatory powers of individual states become diminished. During the COVID-19 pandemic era, as nations simultaneously cooperate and compete in efforts to create vaccine, enhance national public healthcare regimes, regulate border control and passenger traffic, fraudulent behavior becomes more aggressive as white collar criminals operate on a bigger scale than ever before. Analyses of these issues related to economic crime in the globalized pandemic-effected environment and identification of right solutions for this challenge constitute major focus of this work.

The paper advances a cognitive model representing a creative mechanism of riddle decoding by its recipient, which serves as a theoretical and methodological ground for the experimental phonetic study of prosodic means that organize the text of a riddle. Within the process of cognitive model formation the author performs a conceptual analysis of the riddle compositional structure, presented as a systemic algorithmic scheme. It is confirmed that a characteristic feature of a folk riddle is its division into two elements: the first one is the description of an object, further differentiated into “topic” and “commentary”, while the second one is the riddle answer, or solution, generated directly in the recipient’s mind as a result of his/her mental activities. The carried out auditory analysis proves that such a limitation of the riddle’s structure is compensated by a set of prosodic means and their specific interaction, which trigger creative and cognitive processes in the recipient’s mind aimed at searching for the riddle solution.

This article demonstrates the inadequacy of legal deduction as a method that guarantees the certainty and predictability of law and its outcomes in concrete instances. Inter alia, the Author brings our attention to the far smaller role that the deductive pattern of inference plays in legal thought than one may suppose, since it is rather only a schematic illustration of the decisions that were previously made by recourse to the mental operations of a non-logical nature. In return, he proffers legal analogy as an alternative, by which he understands a mode of thinking which helps the reasoner to take into account a mass of different factors that are traditionally deemed to be relevant for legal thought and decision-making.
