Despite rapid progress in both the field of sustainable development and strategic management, knowledge about what sustainable development strategies are is not widespread. This translates into a need for closer collaboration between science and business, and thus, theory and practice. This defined research gap is accompanied by the research question: what the research perspectives are in the area of corporate sustainable development strategies. The aim of this article is to present the current state of knowledge and identify research perspectives in the area of corporate sustainable development strategies. The exploration of keywords through a systematic literature review enabled the integration of scientific evidence presenting the essence of sustainable development strategies. Meanwhile, combining classic and systematic literature reviews improved the quality of the research presented. Corporate sustainable development strategies are implemented in various functional areas of companies, therefore, they relate to sustainable development in different ways and with varying intensity. As a result of the research procedure conducted, it was determined that new promising research directions are previously unexplored areas within the innovations related to corporate sustainable development strategies. One of such business-social innovations could be green jobs, created as a result of financial investments and appropriate managerial decisions.

Pomimo szybkiego postępu zarówno w dziedzinie zrównoważonego rozwoju, jak i zarządzania strategicznego wiedza o tym, czym są strategie zrównoważonego rozwoju nie jest powszechna. Przekłada się to na potrzebę zacieśniania współpracy między nauką a biznesem, a zatem teorią i praktyką. Tak określonej luce badawczej towarzyszy pytanie badawcze: jakie są perspektywy badawcze w obszarze strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju przedsiębiorstw? Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnego stanu wiedzy i identyfikacja perspektyw badawczych w zakresie strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju przedsiębiorstw. Eksploracja słów kluczowych za pomocą systematycznego przeglądu literatury umożliwiła zintegrowanie dowodów naukowych przedstawiających istotę strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju. Natomiast połączenie klasycznego i systematycznego przeglądu literatury pozwoliło na podniesienie jakości przedstawionych badań. Strategie zrównoważonego rozwoju przedsiębiorstw są realizowane w różnych obszarach funkcjonalnych przedsiębiorstw, dlatego w różny sposób i w odmiennym natężeniu nawiązują do zrównoważonego rozwoju. W wyniku przeprowadzonego postępowania badawczego ustalono, że nowymi, obiecującymi kierunkami badań są dotychczas niepodejmowane szerzej badania w obrębie innowacji związanych ze strategiami zrównoważonego rozwoju przedsiębiorstw. Jedną z takich innowacji biznesowo-społecznych mogą być zielone miejsca pracy, powstające w wyniku nakładów finansowych i odpowiednich decyzji zarządczych.
