Zmiana kręgu spadkobierców wywołuje konsekwencje nie tylko w prawie cywilnym, ale także w postępowaniu cywilnym oraz postępowaniu podatkowym. W artykule starano się przedstawić powyższe konsekwencje, w szczególności w postępowaniu z art. 679 KPC oraz postępowaniu podatkowym w przedmiocie ustalenia podatku od spadków i darowizn.

One of the few institutions of inheritance law, which so far has not been widely elaborated in the literature on the subject, is the institution of the curator of an inheritance not included. The institution of the curator of the inheritance dates back to Roman law and to this day in its assumptions fulfills the same role that we find on this subject in the literature of ancient Roman lawyers. Judicial practice does not fully use the institution of a probation officer. The article is to bring this institution closer.

Artykuł przedstawia losy majątku pozostałego po wojewodzie wileńskim Janie Dowgirdzie. Tylko część odziedziczyli spadkobiercy: syn Andruszko Dowgirdowicz oraz dwie córki: Anna (Anuszka), żona najpierw Juszki Gojcewicza, a następnie Iwana Ilinicza, i Olena (Oluszka), żona kniazia Pietka Świrskiego. Dalsze losy posagów otrzymanych przez córki Dowgirda i odziedziczonych przez ich dzieci są doskonałym przykładem budowania lub deprecjacji znaczenia rodzin ich mężów. The article presents the fate of the property left by Jan Dowgird (Jonas Daugirdas), Palatine of Vilnius. Only a part of his possessions was inherited by his descendants: son Andruszko Dowgirdowicz and two daughters: Anna (Anuszka), married first to Juszko Gojcewicz, then to Iwan Ilinicz, and Olena (Oluszka), wife of kniaź Pietko Świrski. The fate of the estates given to these daughters and inherited by their children is a perfect example of establishing or depreciation of the importance of the respective families of their husbands.

Artykuł dotyczy nowelizacji Prawa bankowego, ustawy o SKOK oraz ustawy o ewidencji ludności, dokonanej ustawą w dniu 09.10.2015r. o zmianie ustawy – Prawo bankowe oraz niektórych innych ustaw (tzw. ustawa o „rachunkach uśpionych”). Autor opisuje niektóre spośród problemów związanych z wdrożeniem ustawy, wynikających z niejednoznacznych zapisów ustawy lub nieuzasadnionych obowiązków nakładanych na banki i kasy. W artykule przedstawiono także dane dotyczące skali pierwszych zapytań dotyczących „rachunków uśpionych” oraz postulaty de lege ferenda.

The article refers to the amendment of the Banking Law, the Law on Credit Unions and the Act on the census, by the act of 9th October 2015 amending the Act – Banking Law and some other acts (the so-called Law on "dormant accounts"). It describes some of the problems associated with the implementation of the act, resulting from its ambiguous provisions or unreasonable obligations imposed on banks and credit unions. The article also presents the data on the scale of the first inquiries concerning the "dormant accounts" and the de lege ferenda demands.
