The article presents the structural and functional features of the training ecologists for sustainable natural resource use, including components: the target (goal, objectives, principles), organizational and substantive (the stages of preparation, organizational and management platform – meaningful, backbone, technological), diagnostic-score (scoring platform; criteria and levels of preparedness).

The content of professional-pedagogical culture of the physical training and sport specialist is revealed in the article from the position of the systemic and content analysis of physical training pedagogical phenomena. Studying of the personality’s structure, taking into account scientific approaches to the definition of structure and functions of the personality’s professional activity gives an opportunity to single out in inner expression of professional-pedagogical culture of the physical training and sport specialist the following components: structural-axiological, operational-technological, personality-cognitive, creative; functional-gnosilological, humanistic, educational, communicative, administrative, social, informational. In the process of the axiological component content analysis we have distinguished intellectual, physical, pedagogical, social-psychological, psychical, cultural, intentional and logistical values of professional-pedagogical culture of the specialist’s personality. The content of operational-technological component is formed by humanistic-gnostic, didactic, methodological, ethic-communicative, management (will and emotional sphere), reflexive skills which direct physical training and sport activity of a specialist not only to rational, but also to values oriented action. Personality-cognitive component of the professional-pedagogical specialist culture contains knowledge (philosophic, culturological, medical-biological and valeological, psychological-pedagogical), professionally important qualities (direction to the interests, humanity, pedagogical tact, high level of empathy, ability to the interaction with other people, striving to perfection of professional activity etc.), which in the first place define physical training and sport world-view as focus of culture world vision (physical, sport, corporal health culture and others) which is a mechanism of its motivation sphere, specific spiritual prism through which value-significative comprehension of physical training and sport reality occurs. Creative component presupposes unity of analytical and divergent thinking, logic and intuition, professional-pedagogical creativity and guarantees effective, dynamic functioning of other components which acquire creative, progressive-stimulating character and create conditions for the harmonic specialist development. Definition of functional components of professional-pedagogical culture of the specialist underlines its multifaceted content and the need of its realisation. Each of the functions predetermines separate kinds of professional-pedagogical culture, which are definite subsystems that have their own components and elements. These functions include system of knowledge and system of values and also methods of activity as to solving adequate tasks and in its essence are professional-pedagogical competences of the physical training and sport specialist
