The article highlights some interpretations of synergetics problems constituting significance in understanding the concept of music education. Such key aspects of synergetics as dissipative structures (self-organization, self-development), musical consciousness, interdisciplinarity are analyzed. The methodology of modern music education is formed at the corner of phenomenological, existential and ontological approaches. Just such a methodology, where the goal lies in synergetic-methodological context, is the creative approach, which is experienced emotionally and combines philosophical, aesthetic and music-study understanding, and provides the opportunity to uncover the real phenomenon of musical existence. Accordingly, the result of musical creativity is the relationship of individual characteristics and universal laws. The most universal, system-wide in the musical works is subject to study of the synergetic method in music education. Modern methods in the theory of self-organization (synergetics) allows not only to take another look and explain known facts and regularities, but also to generate fundamentally new directions in the study of art associated with his perception, because music affects the evolution of consciousness of the individual. Nowadays music education is based on the understanding of musical art and characterized by multidimensionality, polivalence, multivariability. The principles of synergetics in music education coincide with the principle of self-actualization of humanistic pedagogy, when the synergetic approach to education and the person is understood as a holistic phenomenon. The main problems of synergetics in the context of music education are based on the following key concepts of musical consciousness, interdisciplinarity, self-organization, self-development. If the main points around which the system of music education is built, are the object (pupil, student), and the aim is the development of a harmonious personality, the analyzed main concepts of synergetics reveal fundamental features of personal development such as thinking, spiritual-philosophical, personal openness to the outside world. Accordingly, meaningful synergistic issues have a significant heuristic value in the field of music education, which is experiencing a period of transformation due to contemporary social and aesthetic challenges, information progress and computerization.

In the article the heuristic-synergetic medic-psychological-pedagogical method of stimulation of disorders overcompensation is offeredThe synergetic methods of disorders direct overcompensation are used in the methodology. The methodology has propedevtical stage and five basic stages. During the preparatory stage arises the systemof intercommunications between the active subsystems of the first signal system of participants of overcompensatory process. Asaresultofrealizationofthefirstbasicstageofworkeveryparticipantofthe overcompensatoryprocessrevealsaninsufficientlywelldevelopedsubsystems B and D ofthe system“personality”. These subsystems can not be self-organized, there are appropriate subsystems B and D of the system “defect”. Subsystems B and D can not set between itself horizontal intercommunications through the greatest levels of the development as a result of presence between them subsystem C of the system “personality” of lower level of development, which has the appropriate subsystem in the system “defect”. In the issue of realization of the second basic stageof work the person reveals subsystems A and E of the system «personality» with the higher level of development, which would be related with subsystems B and D of the system «personality» with the lower level of development. In consequence of realization of the third basic stage of work the participants of overcompensatory process create complex image of itself with the higher level of development of subsystems A and E of the system “personality” and with intercommunications between them. On the fourth basic stage of work the person determines the way of overcompensation and will realize it: using the created complex image as attractor, the person carries out the process of overcompensation impossible of self-organization of subsystem B and D of the system “personality” to self-organization of subsystem A and E of the system “personality” to achieve its zone of the nearest progressive development. On the fifth basic stage of work, using the created synsense image as attractor, the participants of overcompensatory process continue to carry out the work, beginning on the fourth basic stage to achieve with subsystem A and E of the system “personality” to zone of the actual progressive development. The methodology is instrumental in forming in person the skills to set intermediates and ultimate goals correctly, to overcome difficulties, which arise in the process of reaching the goal. Healthy persons, persons with bad eyesight and dull hearing, persons with easy mental retardation and delay of psychical development, persons with child’s cerebral palsy can use this methodology.

The article reveals the general idea of Gestalt theory, its basic assumptions and their development over around 100 years, concentrating on the most important research find-ings. Features of the theory and findings of the first generation of Gestaltists are pre-sented, including laws of perception, problem solving and motivation, social cognition. The developments in the last decades of the 20th century comprise contrariness as a perceptual feature and connections to modern system theory, especially to synergetics which offers new insights to existing findings. Also some new ideas explaining the joke structure and its consequences on amusement and laughter are presented. New devel-opments of the possibility of application of Gestalt theoretical principles to topics like language, culture and organizational development are shortly mentioned. Further re-search activities in these domains are expected. The author intends to show that Gestalt Theory is a wide, productive approach with vital developmental potential.

The influence of microstructure of the methodological system of mediate correctional management of development of pupils of junior forms on their attention, perception and thinking during realization of the first, second and third basic small stages of correctional work on the mathematics is considered in the article. As a result of realization of the first small stage of correctional work on mathematics a pupil reveals a subsystem insufficiently well developed correct skills of the decision of simple tasks. In the issue of realization of the second small stage the pupil actualizes a subsystem of highly developed correct skills of the thematic drawing, which are used during the decision of simple tasks. In consequence of realization of the third small stage of correctional work on mathematics the pupil creates synsense image of itself with the higher level of development of subsystem of correct skills of the decision of simple tasks. The sinergetical methodological system of mediate correctional management of development of pupils of junior forms oppresses self-organization and stimulates self-destroy of psychological and social subsystems of the system «defect» and oppresses self-destroy and stimulates self-organization of psychological and social subsystems of the system «personality», realizing external management of activity of subsystems of attention, perception, thinking, skills of the thematic drawing, decision of simple tasks and drafting of simple tasks, and securing internal management of them, assisting in strengthening of new emergentes qualities of psychological and social component of systems «personality» and «defect». The author of the article applies sinergetical methodology of research, theory of the functional systems of P. C. Anokhin, theory of L. S. Vygotskiy about the areas of development and compensational processes in the system «personality», principle of «tomorrow gladness» of A. S. Makarenko, gestalt psychology. Healthy pupils, pupils with bad eyesight and dull hearing, pupils with easy mental defectiveness and delay of psychical development, pupils with child’s cerebral paralysis can use this methodological system. In future it is necessary to investigate the influence of microstructure of other methodological systems of the sinergetical technology of management of vertical processes in systems «personality» and «defect» on the subsystems of these systems of people with psychophysical disorders.

The influence of microstructure of the method of mediate correctional management of development of junior schoolchildren on their attention, perception and thinking during realization of the first, second and third basic small stages of developing work on the pictorial art is considered in the article. As a result of realization of the first small stage of developing work on the pictorial art a pupil reveals a subsystem insufficiently well developed correct skills of the thematic drawing. In the issue of realization of the second small stage the pupil reveals a subsystem of highly developed correct skills of the drawing from nature and subsystem of highly developed correct skills of the drawing from memory, which are used during the thematic drawing. In consequence of realization of the third small stage of developing work on the pictorial art the pupil creates synesthetic image of himself with the higher level of development of subsystem of correct skills of the thematic drawing. The sinergetical methodological system of mediate correctional management of development of junior schoolchildren oppresses self-organization and stimulates self-destroy of psychological and social subsystems of the system «defect» and oppresses self-destroy and stimulates self-organization of psychological and social subsystems of the system «personality», realizing external management of activity of subsystems of attention, perception, thinking, skills of the thematic drawing, decision of simple tasks and drafting of simple tasks, and securing internal management of them, assisting in strengthening of new emergent’s qualities of psychological and social component of systems «personality» and «defect». The concept of synergy is described in many different branches of science. It does not necessarily mean increasing effects as a result of joint actions. It involves process of self-organization in terms of limited resources. Its occurrence is determined by the boundaries of chaos, and innovative actions allow to overcome barriers. Small businesses fall under the general laws of physics and thermodynamics. The author in the experiment puts the hypothesis, that one of the limited resources protected by entrepreneurs is the lifesource energy.

Pojęcie synergii opisywane jest w wielu naukach. Określenie to niekoniecznie oznacza zwiększone efekty działań wspólnych. Synergia charakteryzuje proces samoorganizacji w ramach ograniczonych zasobów. Jej występowanie determinowane jest przez granicę chaosu, a działania innowacyjne pozwalają ją przekroczyć. Małe firmy rodzinne podlegają prawom fizyki i termodynamiki. Autor w przeprowadzonym eksperymencie stawia hipotezę, że jednym z ograniczonych zasobów chronionym przez przedsiębiorców, może być ich wspólna energia życiowa.

The article explores the activity of an innovative team, formed as a specific functional group. Specifically, this project addresses group formation and its activity through the theory of selforganization (synergestics) and autopoiesis. It is shown that autopoiesis is a three-phase process that determines the functional state of the team and that a synergetic approach to group formation allows for the analysis of the team self-organization. This approach reveals the peculiarities of a group’s role structure and it informs about the concept of a functional innovative group. This article is based on the theory of social communities, presented by P. Bourdieu (1990), J. Woodward (1960) and the study of social teams by D. Boddy and R. Paton (2002). The article does not consider the idea of G. Hofstede who compares individualism and collectivism as characteristic features of the organizational culture of different countries (1994). The article uses the methodological approach of synergetics as a general theory of social organization. Special approach to the study of social transformations, the correlation of self-organization and management in social systems is applied. A research model of the innovative team activity headed by an actor as a generator of new ideas is shown.

Artykuł omawia działalność innowacyjnego zespołu, utworzonego jako specyficzna grupa funkcjonalna. Projekt bada tworzenie grupy i jej aktywność poprzez teorię samoorganizacji (synergie) i autopojezy. Autopoeza jest procesem trójfazowym, który określa stan funkcjonalny zespołu a synergetyczne podejście do tworzenia grupy pozwala na analizę samoorganizacji zespołu. Podejście to ujawnia specyfikę struktury roli grupy i informuje o koncepcji funkcjonalnej grupy innowacyjnej.

The purpose of the article is to show modern trends in identification in the context of globalization and the specific conditions of political and economic systems, to indicate ways of influencing their formation, to change the value paradigm of identification associated with harmonious human relations. А hypothesis is that modern identification in Ukraine does not correspond to the liberal-democratic tradition and will continue to generate conflict. The existing identification structure should be used to reorient individuals and groups to effective communication within organizations, which will contribute to the political stability and security of the state. The following approaches and research methods have been used as tools to achieve this purpose: synergetic method; the reflective method; the dialectical method; a comparative method; structural-systemic method; synthesis method. The article covers the following issues: Analysis of identification models; Features of the identification mechanism in post-soviet realities; Modern synergetic model of identification in Ukraine; Peculiarities of culture formation in the conditions of digital and socio-cultural globalization; A new approach to identification as a factor of political stability and security. The authors made the following conclusions: The “ethnic model” of identification turns into a strange attractor, resulting in the Ruelle-Takens scenario. According to the theory of synergetics, this scenario became possible after three bifurcations in the political and economic system of Ukraine over the past 29 years. The “turquoise paradigm” elements should be taken as a basis for model of national identity.
