W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono efekty związane z wykorzystaniem narzędzi informatycznych w procesie transferu wiedzy. Współcześnie obserwujemy coraz większe zastoso-wanie Internetu w transferze wiedzy, chociażby poprzez rozwój e-learningu. W opracowaniu skupiono się na zaprezentowaniu wykorzystania technologii internetowych i nowych rozwiązań w zakresie transferu wiedzy na podstawie zrealizowanego w ramach projektu Best Agers – Using the knowledge and experience of professionals in their primes to foster business and skills development in the Baltic Sea Region seminarium on-line (webinarium) pt. „Biznesplan”.

The article presents the effects related to usage of new solutions-tools in the process of knowledge transfer. Today we can see the increasing use of the Internet in the transfer of knowledge, such as e-learning. The article attempts to demonstrate the use of Internet technologies on the example of seminar “Business plan” realized in on-line (webinar) version.
