Tekst podejmuje tematykę edukacji przez sztukę w odniesieniu do osób dorosłych. Kontekst teoretyczny tworzą: koncepcje edukacji osób dorosłych, teorie edukacji poprzez sztukę oraz poglądy badaczy dotyczące definicji i sposobów odbioru sztuki współczesnej. Badania wynikające z tego kontekstu przeprowadzone były w strategii jakościowej i miały na celu uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie badawcze: w jaki sposób sztuka krytyczna pełni rolę medium edukacyjnego?

The article deals with the topic of education through art, with special reference to adults. The theoretical context comprises - concepts of adult education, theories of education through art and the views of researchers on the definition of art and also methods of appreciating modern art. The research resulting from this context were conducted in a qualitative strategy and were designed to answer the research question – In what wat does critical art act as a medium of education?
