Zaburzenia prozodii u dziecka obserwowanego w kierunku zespołu Aspergera – studium przypadku

The paper presents a case study of a child who manifested strong language disorders and emotional prosody during diagnosing of Asperger Syn­drome. Analyzing the case, the author of the work tries to discuss the character­istics typical of the disorder, with particular emphasis on deficits occurring in the content and form of the child’s language – from their diagnosis to the treatment. Furthermore, the article discusses the impact of therapeutic forms, including the CBT therapy, in terms of co­occurring symptoms, minutely analyzes the data derived from medical epicrisis, and presents recommendations for further therapeutic work.

Artykuł prezentuje studium przypadku dziecka przejawiającego silne zaburzenia prozodii językowej i emocjonalnej, będącego w trakcie rozpo­znawania zespołu Aspergera. Poruszana na tym przykładzie problematyka doty­czy omówienia cech typowych dla zaburzenia, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem występujących deficytów w zakresie treści i formy językowej – od ich diagnozy po terapię. Omówiono także oddziaływania terapeutyczne, z uwzględnieniem terapii CBT w zakresie współwystępujących objawów. Szczegółowej analizie poddano dane płynące z epikryzy medycznej oraz omówiono rekomendacje dla dalszej pracy terapeutycznej.
