Ostatnie kryzysy finansowe spowodowały krytykę ekonomistów i etyków oraz protesty społeczne w kwestii wysokich wynagrodzeń top-menedżerów korporacji, w tym bankowych. Strategie menedżerów nastawione były na krótkoterminowe wysokie zyski, za które otrzymywali ogromne wynagrodzenia; nawet 1600 razy większe niż średnia płaca. Po kilku latach ponownie nastąpiły znaczne wzrosty tych wynagrodzeń. Analiza prakseologiczna i etyczna wskazuje na szereg wątpliwości, co do poprawności modeli wynagrodzeń menedżerów. Dostępne w praktyce instrumenty ograniczania wysokich wzrostów wynagrodzeń i podejmowane działania władz państwowych były mało skuteczne, chociaż podejmowane są kolejne kroki, także przez Komisję Europejską.

The last financial crises entailed critic from economists and ethicists and social protests too because of high full pays of top-managers in the biggest corporations. In recent years, there have been significant increases in these full pays again, including bonuses. Praxeology and ethic analyze showed a lot of doubts of correctness of full pays models for top-managers. These pays were 1600 time greater then workers average salary in some countries. Instruments for limitation of high full pays are not efficient in practice. European Commission is working on new directive concerning this question.
