This article describes benefits and dangers for football clubs using Third Party Ownership transactions while buying players. Author indicates frequency of transfers completed with participation of private investors. Share of TPO type transactions in European football transfer market oscillates between 3.7% and 5.7%, while investment funds own part of contract rights of up to 90% of players in Brazilian top football division. Article emphasizes the fact, that most of investment funds are clusters of companies registered in so called "tax havens" and lack of transparency is one of the biggest accusations, that investors dealing with shared ownership of players' contracts are facing. Author also focuses on some of controversial transfers done with the use of TPO, which prompted FIFA to take steps necessary for this type transactions to be eliminated. Article describes potential methods and necessary steps needed to heal transfer system and tools helpful in fighting negative influences of TPO on football transfer markets across the world.

Over the years, researchers have been reflecting on the role of time in human life. The economy also views it as a unique and limited resource. However, money is defined as a tool that facilitates transactions. This work is an attempt to supplement economic thought in terms of comparing time and money. By analyzing the literature in the context of defining the concept of money and own analysis of pluralistic types of transactions, the deductive inference was made. The aim of the study is an attempt to prove that the object of economic exchange carried out with the use of money is human life in the form of time involved in obtaining a commodity. On the basis of such logical considerations, it was indicated that time is a concept much wider than money because time is the currency in transactions.

Na przestrzeni lat badacze zastanawiają się nad rolą czasu w życiu człowieka. Również ekonomia postrzega go jako wyjątkowy i ograniczony zasób. Pieniądz z kolei jest definiowany jako narzędzie ułatwiające transakcje. Niniejsza praca jest próbą uzupełnienia myśli ekonomicznej w zakresie porównania czasu i pieniądza. Poprzez analizę literatury w kontekście zdefiniowania pojęcia pieniądza oraz analizę własną pluralistycznych rodzajów transakcji, przeprowadzone zostało wnioskowanie dedukcyjne. Celem pracy jest próba udowodnienia tego, że przedmiotem wymiany ekonomicznej dokonywanej za pośrednictwem pieniądza jest życie ludzkie w postaci czasu zaangażowanego do uzyskania wymienialnego dobra. Na podstawie tak przeprowadzonego rozważania logicznego zostało wskazane, że czas jest pojęciem o wiele szerszym niż pieniądz, ale to właśnie czas jest walutą w transakcjach.

Skin, the external boundary of the human body, has been up to nowan undiscovered field in postuhman studies. Even though the brilliant work of FrantzFanon, Black Skin, White Masks, redefined the meaning of skin in the context of race,never has anybody truly used the potential of metaphors connected to skin. SaraAhmed and Jackie Stacey demonstrate that skin-tight politics (which is focused onsetting the boundaries of body and gender) leads to a denial of the relationship withotherness and upholds binary traditions. By creating the conception of ‘Thinkingthrough skin’, the researchers call for a shift in the perception of normative visions of corporality. Based on that idea, I treat skin as a metaphor of the changes within philosophical thought which caused the materiality to cease to be from its own area. Demographies will therefore be an intersectional project which combines feminist materialism with Joanna Mueller’s neolinguistic poetry which aspires to create a new philosophy, understood by Lucie Irigaray as the discourse of touching love.

Skóra, będąc zewnętrzną powłoką ciała, jest do tej pory niespożytkowanym aspektem w badaniach posthuma-nistycznych. O ile nieoceniona rozprawa Frantza Fanona o znaczącym tytule Black Skin, White Masks zredefiniowała znaczenie, jakie kryje się w myśleniu o skórze w kontekście rasy, o tyle do tej pory nie skupiano się na potencjale skórnej metaforyki. Sara Ahmed i Jackie Stacey pokazują,że „polityka gruboskórności” (ang. skin-tight politics),polegająca na wyznaczaniu granic ciała i płci, doprowadzado odrzucenia relacji z innością i odmiennością i podtrzymujebinarny porządek. Tworząc koncepcję „myślenia poprzez skórę”,badaczki postulują zmianę postrzegania „normatywnych”wizji cielesności. Wychodząc od propozycji Ahmed i Stacey,traktuję skórę jako metaforę zmian w obrębie myślifilozoficznej, która skutecznie wyrugowała materialnośćz własnego obszaru. Będą zatem Dermografie projektemłączącym zagadnienia materializmu feministycznego z neolingwistycznąpoezją Joanny Mueller, który dąży do nowej wizjifilozofii rozumianej przez Luce Irigaray jako dyskurs miłości.
