Analiza działań w łańcuchu dostaw z punktu widzenia tworzenia wartości

Łańcuch dostaw, traktowany jako strumień wartości, obejmuje wszystkie działania, zarówno dostawców w procesie dostarczania towarów i usług, jak i klientów w procesie nabywania. W artykule podjęto próbę analizy działań występujących w łańcuchu dostaw z punktu widzenia tworzenia wartości dla klienta i firm uczestniczących w obsłudze klienta. Kompleksowa analiza pozwala na ustalenie kluczowych działań tworzących nową wartość dla klienta, działań tworzących wartość biznesową dla firmy oraz marnotrawstwa, tj. działań pochłaniających zasoby, a nietworzących nowej wartości ani dla klienta, ani dla firmy. Na podstawie wyników tych analiz widać, że możliwe jest w praktyce wzmacnianie działań tworzących nową wartość oraz eliminowanie różnych form marnotrawstwa, zarówno zewnętrznego, jak i wewnętrznego (kierowniczego). Eliminowanie marnotrawstwa winno być poprzedzone klasyfikowaniem, ustalaniem wzajemnych zależności, a przede wszystkim identyfikowaniem ich źródłowych przyczyn.

Supply chain, treated as value stream, includes all activities, both of suppliers of the process of providing goods and services and clients in the process of acquiring. The article attempts to analyse the activities occurring in the supply chain from the point of view of creating value for customers and companies involved into customer service. A comprehensive analysis allows to determine the value adding core activities for the customer, acts creating business value added for the company and waste, i.e. resource-consuming activities, rather than creating new value either for the client or the company. Based on the results of these analyzes, it is possible, in practice, to constitute the reinforcing action and to eliminate the new value of various forms of waste, both surface and internal (leadership). Waste elimination should be preceded by classifying and establishing mutual dependencies, in particular identifying their sources.
