Aktywność traktowana jest jako jeden z podstawowych wyznaczników funkcjonowania człowieka. Aktywność staje się niezbędna w sytuacji, gdy współczesność stawia wymóg promocji kultury związanej z autokreacją, samorealizacją czy potrzebą kształtowania własnego losu. Tekst poświęcony został rozważaniom związanym z aktywnością człowieka w różnych sferach jego życia, a także przedstawiono w nim problemy dotyczące aktywności uczniów szkół zawodowych. Zaprezentowano w nim również wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród uczniów szkół zawodowych na temat aktywności szkolnej.

Activity is treated as one of the basic determinants of a human behavior. It becomes essential when the modern world requires the need of cultural promotion connected with self-creation, self-fulfillment or the necessity to create one’s fate. This paper is devoted to the consideration connected with a human being’s activity in various spheres of life as well as the presentation of the problems related to vocational students’ activity. Moreover, it contains the results of a research on the school activity among vocational school students.
