Maksymy są formą przechowywania wiedzy. Maksyma Ryszarda Trykosko „siwe głowy, młode ręce” odnosi się do zespołu projektowego realizującego budowę stadionu kategorii Elite, PGE ARENA. Zespół funkcjonuje od 23.09.2007 r., jako spółka celowa, samodzielny podmiot gospodarczy, pod nazwą „Biuro Inwestycyjne Euro Gdańsk 2012” Sp. z o.o. (w skrócie: BIEG 2012). Zespół „BIEG 2012” został celowo zorganizowany w strukturę opartą na więzi międzypokoleniowej. Jak wykazały badania (Wirkus, Trykosko 2011), takie rozwiązanie stało się jednym z głównych czynników sukcesu projektu. Należy sądzić, że fundamentem jego wydajności były nie tylko kwalifikacje fachowe jego członków, a także kultura zespołu oparta na autorytecie lidera i na jego kompetencjach społecznych. Zespół łączyły także: wspólna pasja, poczucie misji i przeżywane emocje.

In the article authors presented the concept of entrepreneurship 55+ based on the intergenerational relationship. They identified types of relations which influence on entrepreneurship’s increasing among persons 55+, and relations which affect in opposite way. In the conclusions authors wrote, that intergenerational cooperation is the most important for entrepreneurship development in the whole society is. As the example of good practice in intergenerational cooperation authors presented BIEG2012 project team.
