The article concerns the possibility of running a business and concluding employment contracts by minors. As a result of the analysis, it was found that minors may find themselves in a situation where, as a result of inheritance, they will inherit an enterprise. The risk of running a business by minors who want to undertake such activity is analogous to running a business due to inheritance. The text uses the research method: dogmatic interpretation of legal provisions and analysis of the literature on the subject. As a result of the conducted research, it was found, inter alia, that running a business by minors is a difficulty due to the necessity to obtain the consent of statutory representatives for activities beyond ordinary management. It is also a protection of the minor against risky activities.
