W artykule autorka podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: Czy i jak ucząc zespołowości zespołowością studentów, możliwe stanie się przeciwdziałanie atomizacji relacji studentów w uniwersytecie? Tekst jest autorefleksyjnym spojrzeniem na własne działania dydaktyczne, a jako ilustrację autorka wykorzystuje opis pracy nad esejami pt. „Pomyśl siebie … Minieseje dla wychowawcy klasy” autorstwa Marii Dudzikowej, którą wspólnie ze studentami realizuje w ramach przedmiotu pedagogika.

In the article, the author attempts to answer the question whether it will be possible to counteract the ongoing atomisation at as students relations at universities. The paper is a self-reflexion on author’s own didactic activities, and as such, it makes use of a description of the work on essays „Think your own self ... Mini-essays for class teachers” by Maria Dudzikowa, which are incorporated into the curriculum of the course of pedagogy.

W artykule Autorka podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: Czy i jak wykorzystując w dydaktyce akademickiej naturalne zasoby zespołowości grup dziekańskich, możliwe staje się budowanie czy pomnażanie zasobów dobra wspólnego grupy? W tekście krótko zarysowuje kategorię dobra wspólnego, wyróżnia jej cechy, aby następnie wykorzystać ją do oglądu grupy studenckiej. Wykorzystuje do tego fragment prowadzonych przeze siebie analiz dotyczących relacji w grupach dziekańskich (czyli grupach formalnie wydzielonych do realizacji dydaktyki na uczelni, np. ćwiczenia, wykład). Analizie poddaje 400 swobodnych wypowiedzi pisemnych studentów ostatniego roku wszystkich wydziałów Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, dotyczących relacji w grupach studenckich (jest to fragment szeroko zakrojonych badań panelowych dotyczących edukacyjnych doświadczeń studentów). Następnie zastanawia się nad możliwością dydaktycznego wykorzystania zespołowości grupy we własnej pracy dydaktycznej.

In the article, the author attempts to answer the question: Whether and how has it become possible to make use of the natural potential of student class groups for building and multiplying the resources of the common good in academic teaching? The text briefly outlines the category of the common good, distinguishes its features, and then makes use of both notions to scrutinise academic groups of students. To this end, it uses a fragment of the author’s former analyses of relationships within academic groups of students (i.e. groups that are formally designated for the implementation of didactics at the university, e.g. classes, lectures). 400 written statements on relationships within groups were sent in by last year students of all faculties of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (this is a fragment of extensive panel research on students’ educational experiences). Finally, the author considered the possibility of didactic applications of the group potential in her own didactic work.

The electronic publication Czy tylko Reduta? Wspólnota – zespół – spółdzielnia twórcza – kolektyw [Only Reduta? Community – Ensemble – Creative Cooperative – Collective] brings together selected papers from a conference organised as part of the 4th Congress of the Polish Society for Theatre Research in Spała (20–22 Sept. 2019). The article is not so much a review of the edited volume as a record of the author’s reflections inspired by the reading of particular essays. The book constitutes a polyphonic attempt at describing the phenomenon of the theatre collective. Fundamental as it is for theatre life, it has only recently drawn the attention of researchers. In this publication, the phenomenon of Reduta is a starting point for much broader research and analysis that address both general principles of the functioning of theatre ensembles and particular cases of Polish and foreign theatres. The author of the article comments on the analyses contained in the volume, describing various mythologisations of collectivity. (Transl. Z. Ziemann)

Internetowa książka Czy tylko Reduta? Wspólnota – zespół – spółdzielnia twórcza – kolektyw w teatrze zbiera część referatów wygłoszonych na konferencji zorganizowanej w ramach IV Zjazdu Polskiego Towarzystwa Badań Teatralnych w Spale (20–22 września 2019). Artykuł jest nie tyle jej recenzją, ile zapisem refleksji, które zrodziła lektura poszczególnych tekstów. Książka stanowi bowiem wielogłosową próbę opisania zespołowości i zespołu. Chociaż jest to podstawowe zjawisko życia teatralnego, dopiero w ostatnich latach stało się przedmiotem namysłu badaczy. Fenomen Reduty jest w publikacji punktem wyjścia do analiz i badań znacznie szerszych, obejmujących ogólne zasady funkcjonowania zespołów oraz studia przypadków teatrów polskich i zagranicznych. Autor artykułu komentuje przeprowadzone w książce analizy, opisując różne sposoby mitologizacji kategorii zespołowości.
