Цель статьи – проанализировать мотив телесности в сборнике стихов Animalia молодого автора Анны Адамович. Прикладная методология, разработанная на основе зоокритики, поддисциплины animal studies, использовалась для выдвижения тезиса о том, что стихи Адамович выражают несогласие с отношением к не-человеческой телесности как к низшему и сведению ее к бесполезному, пассивному «мясу». В статье утверждается, что Адамович в своем творчестве разрушает иерархию видов, действовавшую в мире антропоцентризма, и показывает трагические последствия деятельности человека для всего животного мира. Автор статьи на первый план выдвигает тему климатических изменений, которые затронула Адамович, и которые влияют на мир не-человеческих животных, то есть живых существ, не относящихся к человеческому роду.

The aim of this article is to analyse the motif of corporeality in the poetic book Animalia by a young Polish poet Anna Adamowicz. The methodology implemented was elaborated based on zoocriticism, a subdiscipline of Animal Studies, and lead to advancing the thesis that Adamowicz’s poems are a voice of dissent against treating nonhuman corporeality as inferior and reducing it to worthless, passive “meat”. In her poetry, Adamowicz shatters the anthropocentric hierarchy of species and shows the tragic consequences of human activity for the entirety of animal world. Another theme worth underscoring and pointing to in her poetry is climate change, the effects of which are particularly acute in the world of non-human animals.

Celem artykułu jest analiza motywu cielesności w tomiku poetyckim  młodej autorki Anny Adamowicz Animalia. W tekście stosuję metodologię opracowaną na gruncie zookrytyki, subdyscypliny Animal Studies. Wiersze Adamowicz wyrażają niezgodę na traktowanie nie-ludzkiej cielesności jako gorszej, oraz redukowania jej do bezwartościowego, pasywnego „mięsa”. W swojej twórczości Adamowicz dokonuje destrukcji antropocentrycznej hierarchii oraz pokazuje tragiczne konsekwencje ludzkiej działalności dla całości świata zwierzęcego. Autorka porusza także tematykę nieodwracalnych zmian klimatycznych, które posiadają wpływ na świat zwierząt nie-ludzkich.
