In the article, from the standpoint of the content of the concept of "green" economy and eco-innovation, it is concluded the need to create regional innovation system focused on achieving the goals of the green development of the region. It is emphasized the need to define a strategic vector of development of the region basing on the determination of the most important socio-ecological-economic problems of the region and assessment of its capacity to implement eco-innovations. There are proposed the directions of diagnostic of eco-innovation potential of the region based on assessment of environmental friendliness of its components: market, research, production and infrastructure, institutional. Depending on the level of capacity to implement environmentally-oriented innovation in the region (low, medium, high) it is proposed to use such strategies of regional development: adaptation of innovative processes in terms of "green" economy; the development of models of "green" production and consumption in some sectors of the regional economic complex; the strategy of "green" sustainable development of the region. The necessity of changing the organizational forms of realization of the process of institutional management of innovations: the formation of the partnership model of interaction with the business, as well as the promotion of grassroots innovation in the most important areas of social development.

The tourism industry is one of the fastest growing areas of business activity in the world. Its effective development in Ukraine is constrained by a number of organizational and economic factors: insufficient development of the internal market of tourism products, their poor quality and inconsistency needs of consumers and the ineffective management systems at the level of tourist enterprises and national. Solving these problems is associated with the formation of the most effective tools of logistics management in accordance with the terms of Ukrainian tourism market development. This paper proposes a logistic model of interaction between the main actors of the tourism market, which involves the integration of tourism enterprises and tour operators in order to ensure the harmonious development of the region through the optimization of tourist flows and usage of tourism resources. Integrative role of tour operators in ensuring optimum development of the sector presupposes the implementation of management functions in the system of interrelations «supplier-tour operator» and «tour operator-consumer». The necessity of increasing the informational content of domestic tourism product as a tool for forming internal demand is grounded. This includes the development of innovative excursions for various tourism resources of the region: sports facilities; educational and financial infrastructure; health institutions and others.
