Professional andragogical competence of teaching staff for the adult education system

Analizie poddano istotę kompetencji andragogicznych kadry pedagogicznej dla systemu edukacji dorosłych. Uzasadnia się trafność badanego problemu, celowość jego badania w kontekście specyfiki pracy z dorosłym odbiorcą, specyfiki potrzeb edukacyjnych, zainteresowań i doświadczeń osoby dorosłej. Istota kompetencji kluczowych analizowana jest z punktu widzenia kontekstu andragogicznego. Opisano trzy komponenty Modelu Kompetencji Kluczowych Kadry Pedagogicznej do Pracy z Dorosłymi: sfera działania (opisuje 13 sfer działania); kontekst działania (określa kontekst działania); kompetencje niezbędne do prowadzenia działalności (12 kompetencji podzielonych na dwie grupy). Zaprezentowano autorską wizję struktury kompetencji zawodowych andragogicznych: specjalne (ogólne) kompetencje zawodowe andragogiczne jako składnik kompetencji zawodowych specjalistów pracujących z dorosłymi oraz specyficzne kompetencje zawodowe andragogiczne jako wiodący składnik kompetencji zawodowych nauczyciela andragoga.

The essence of andragogical competence of teaching staff for the adult education system is analyzed. The relevance of the studied problem as well as the appropriateness of its examination in the context of the specific characteristics of working with an adult audience and the unique educational needs, interests and experiences of adults, are substantiated. The essence of key competencies from the andragogical perspective is analyzed. Three components of the Model of Key Competencies for teaching staff working with adults are described, i.e.: the field of activity (describes 13 areas of activity); the context of activity (specifies the context of the activity) and the competencies necessary for performing the activity (12 competencies grouped into two categories). The author’s vision of the structure of professional andragogical competence is presented: special (common) professional andragogical competence as a component of the professional competence of specialists working with adults, and specific professional andragogical competence as the leading component of the professional competence of an andragogue educator.

Obecnie uczenie się przez całe życie jest jednym z głównych elementów europejskiego społecznego modelu udanej egzystencji człowieka. Ważnym składnikiem systemu edukacji przez całe życie jest kształcenie zawodowe dorosłych, które bezpośrednio przyczynia się do kształtowania podstaw zawodowych potencjału kadrowego nowoczesnej gospodarki wysokich technologii. Autorka artykułu udowadnia, że wyzwania stojące przed kształceniem zawodowym dorosłych wynikają ze skutków przemian społeczno-gospodarczych. W szczególności chodzi o głębokie zmiany instytucjonalne na tle wzmożonej konkurencji globalnej, poważne zmiany sytuacji demograficznej, integrację przestrzeni edukacyjnej, szybki rozwój dziedziny technologii informacyjnych. Ukrainę i Polskę łączą wieloletnie wspólne zainteresowania naukowe. Celowość ich rozwoju znacznie wzrosła w ostatnim czasie. Dotyczy to przede wszystkim kształcenia zawodowego osób dorosłych ze względu na wymagania rynku pracy, który sam szybko się zmienia, a co za tym idzie wymaga od swoich podmiotów szybkiego dostosowywania się do tych zmian w związku ze zmianami struktury demograficznej obu krajów, procesami migracyjnymi itp

Currently, lifelong learning is one of the main components of the European social model of successful human existence. An important component of the education system throughout life is professional education of adults, which directly contributes to the formation of the professional basis of the personnel potential of the modern high-tech economy. The author of the article proves that the challenges faced by professional education of adults are due to the results of socio-economic transformations. In particular, it is about deep institutional changes, against the background of increased global competition, serious changes in the demographic situation, integration of the educational space, rapid development of the field of information technologies. Ukraine and Poland have long-standing common scientific interests. The expediency of their development has significantly increased recently. First of all, this concerns professional education of adults due to the requirements of the labor market, which itself changes rapidly, and therefore requires rapid adaptation to these changes from its subjects, due to changes in the demographic structure of both countries, migration processes etc

The author of the article presupposes that the research of educational needs of Ukraine’s population will allow to characterize the educational situation in the country, to substantiate the mechanisms of separate subsystems of modern adult education and identify some of the problems that hinder the development of this educational branch. The article represents the results of investigating educational needs in one of Ukraine’s regions, the purpose of which was to identify the requirement level of educational needs, to assess the quality of the provided educational services, to distinguish the motives of their use and the perspectives of their dissemination in the region.

Autorka wyraża opinię, że badanie potrzeb edukacyjnych obywateli Ukrainy pozwoli scharakteryzować sytuację edukacyjną w kraju, uzasadnić mechanizmy regulacji poszczególnych podsystemów nowoczesnej edukacji dorosłych oraz wskazać na konkretne problemy, które hamują rozwój tego sektora edukacyjnego. Przedstawiono wyniki badań nad potrzebami edukacyjnymi jednego z regionów Ukrainy, których celem było określenie poziomu zapotrzebowania na potrzeby edukacyjne; ocena jakości usług edukacyjnych; identyfikacja motywów ich konsumpcji oraz perspektywy rozprzestrzeniania się w regionie.
