The contemporary scale of social space computerization should go hand in hand with the possibilities of implementation of new technologies in any group. In fact, the desire to make changes meets the wall of opposition from both the technical and digital divide problems associated with the lack of digital literacy. Współczesna skala informatyzacji społecznej przestrzeni powinna iść w parze z możliwościami implementacji, w każdej z grup społecznych, nowych technologii. W rzeczywistości chęć zmian spotyka się zarówno ze ścianą przeciwności technicznych, jak i problemami wykluczenia cyfrowego związanego z brakiem kompetencji cyfrowych. Opracowanie przedstawia skalę oraz problematykę wykluczenia cyfrowego seniorów, stanowiących coraz szerszą rzeszę osób pozbawionych praktycznej możliwości korzystania z komputera i sieci internetowej.

When helping other person we usually focus on what kind of help we offer and who we help. We often don't pay attention to person, who offers help. The goal of this summary is to talk about that person – to show, who the volunteer is, in a specific context of street work with homeless people. This article shows not only, who street workers are, but it also shows their work ethics and their attitude towards people they help. The research that has been done omits detailed stat analysis in order to focus full attention to parameters and indicators of this particular social study. Because of this process we manage to obtain a vivid and true image of street worker‘s agenda.

Przy udzielaniu pomocy drugiemu człowiekowi najczęściej zwraca się uwagę na to, jaka forma pomocy jest świadczona oraz komu jest udzielana. Mniej atencji poświęca się osobom, które wsparcie niosą. Głównym zamierzeniem opracowania jest wskazanie na podmiot realizujący wsparcie – pokazanie, kim jest wolontariusz w bardzo specyficznym działaniu streetworkerskim w środowisku osób bezdomnych. Artykuł przedstawia nie tylko, kim są streetworkerzy, ale także jaki mają stosunek do swojej pracy, a tym samym do osób, którym pomagają. W badaniu pominięto szczegółową analizę statystyczną uzyskanych danych, chcąc wskazać głównie na określone parametry i wskaźniki określające badane środowisko. Dzięki takiemu zabiegowi uzyskano wyraźny obraz rzeczywistości streetworkera i jego codzienności w pracy.

The report presents the results of research conducted among Polish immigrants in Spain centered in the province of Malaga between Malaga - Gibraltar. Research carried out since 2006. The results show both the scale of migration and degree of integration with the local community. The report also shows the problem of homelessness Polish immigrants, and how to deal with it. A very important elements is formation, in immigrants environment, characteristics social enclaves forming not only compact but also hermetic group acquiring specific cultural elements the country of emigration and exile their own subculture formation.

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w środowisku polskich emigrantów w Hiszpanii skupionych w prowincji Malaga na odcinku Malaga-Gibraltar. Badania przeprowadzane są od 2006 roku. Przedstawione wyniki pokazują zarówno skalę migracji jak i stopień zintegrowania z lokalną społecznością. Raport pokazuje także problem bezdomności polskich emigrantów i sposoby radzenia sobie z nim. Bardzo istotnym elementem jest powstawanie, w środowisku emigrantów, charakterystycznych enklaw społecznych tworzących nie tylko zwartą ale także hermetyczną grupę, przyswajającą szczególne elementy kultury państwa emigracji i tworzący własną podkulturę emigracyjną
