Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie roli francuskiej platformy e-learningowej Arche w systemie studiów na odległość Érudi, Études et Ressources Universitaires à Distance oraz w nauczaniu języka polskiego na Uniwersytecie Lotaryńskim (UL) w Nancy. W pierwszej części przybliżono pokrótce cele, motywy nauczania języków obcych oraz zarys historyczny platformy Arche. Następnie podjęto próbę scharakteryzowania profilu studentów podejmujących naukę języka polskiego na odległość za pośrednictwem Érudi w latach 2009-2015. Skoncentrowano się również na specyficznych zagadnieniach nauczania języka polskiego z wykorzystaniem materiałów multimedialnych oraz platformy Érudi, zwłaszcza w przypadku gramatyki oraz rozumienia ze słuchu. Na zakończenie przedstawiono aktualne sposoby nauczania języka polskiego na odległość na UL oraz propozycje usprawnienia funkcjonowania platformy i metod nauczania języka polskiego w ramach e-learningu, które stanowią część moich badań w przygotowywanej rozprawie doktorskiej.

The purpose of this article is to present the role of the French e-learning platform Arche in teaching Polish at the University of Lorraine in Nancy. In the first part I will present briefly the objectives and historical review of the platform Arche. Then I will attempt to characterize the profile of students choosing online classes of Polish language between 2009-2015. I will focus also on specific issues of Polish language teaching with the use of multimedia and platform especially for grammar and comprehension. At the end of the article I will present practiced ways of online teaching Polish at the University of Lorraine and proposals to improve the functioning of the platform and methods of teaching Polish.
