The article deals with two main issues. Firstly, an attempt has been made to perform a critical analysis of the views of bourgeois economists on interrelationships, between the theory of economics and the theory of economic policy against the background of extensive studies on the social process of reproduction in capitalism. Secondly, the author perceives a necessity to polemize with contemporary deliberations of the bourgeois political economy concerning the theory of social reproduction. In connection with the latter issue, the author discusses the main forms of dislocations in the reproduction process and includes to them: dislocations resulting from weaknesses of the market meohanlan of free - competition type, impact of the monopolistic market on an effective economic policy consisting inrestricting inreetrained fixing of prices.
