This article looks at the sales on delivery of flax (linokalame) and tow (stippion) from late-antique Arsinoe, which are usually are styled as either loans of money with repayment in kind or as advance payments of produce which is delivered at a later date. It includes a combined re-edition of SB XX 14535 and BGU III 726 and an edition of P. Vindob. G 25511 as well as observations on BGU III 873.
