Uwarunkowania pozaekonomiczne decyzji inwestycyjnych w nieruchomości stanowią przedmiot rozważania artykułu. Celem publikacji jest uporządkowanie i poszerzenie wiedzy na temat uwarunkowań efektywności projektów inwestycji w nieruchomości. Na treść publikacji składa się opis uwarunkowań: prawnych, środowiskowych i infrastrukturalnych. Wśród tych ostatnich zostały wyodrębnione uwarunkowania w zakresie infrastruktury społecznej, technicznej i instytucjonalnej.

Non-economic determinants of investment decisions in real estate are the subject of the considerations in the article. The aim of the publication is to put in order and to broaden the knowledge about the conditions of the effectiveness of investment in real estate projects. The content of the publication consists of a description of the conditions of: legal, environmental and infrastructure. Among the latter were separated conditions in the area of social infrastructure, technical and institutional.
