Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą przybliżenia koncepcji klasy kreatywnej oraz kompetencji kreatywnych, które charakteryzują pracowników kreatywnych. Cechą wyróżniającą klasę kreatywną jest fakt, iż jej członkowie wykonują pracę, która polega na tworzeniu nowych, znaczących form. Pracownicy ci posiadają kompetencje twórcze, które są głównym źródłem przewagi konkurencyjnej przedsiębiorstw. Są oni także głównym motorem kreowania i wspomagania procesów innowacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach. W artykule przedstawione zostaną także praktyki kształtowania działań zmierzających ku rozwijaniu klasy kreatywnej.

This article is an attempt to approximate the concept of creative class and creative competences which characterize the creative staff. The distinguishing features of the creative class is fact that their members perform the work, which consist on "the creation of new and significant forms". Those employees have creative skills, which are the main source of competitive advantage of companies. They are also the main driven of creating and supporting innovation processes in enterprises. In this article there will be also presented good practices how to reach actions towards the creative class development.
